Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器は、被冷却流体を流通させる複数の第1流路12が配列された第1基板18と、冷却流体を流通させる複数の第2流路14が配列された第2基板20と、媒介流体が入った第3流体室16が設けられた第3基板22とが積層された積層体26を有する流路構造体6を備え、第3基板22は、第1基板18と第2基板20との間に介在している。

Claims (5)
- 第1流体と第2流体とをそれぞれ流通させながらそれらの流体同士の間で熱交換させる熱交換器であって、
前記第1流体を流通させる複数の第1流路が配列された第1層と、前記第2流体を流通させる複数の第2流路が配列された第2層と、第3流体が入った第3流体室が設けられた第3層とが積層された積層体を有する流路構造体を備え、
前記第3層は、前記第1層と前記第2層との間に介在している、熱交換器。 - 前記第3流体室に接続され、前記第1流路から前記第3流体室への前記第1流体の漏洩及び前記第2流路から前記第3流体室への前記第2流体の漏洩のうち少なくとも一方を検知する漏れ検知装置を備える、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記漏れ検知装置は、前記第3流体室内の前記第3流体の圧力を検知する圧力計を有する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第3流体は、空気の熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第3流体室内の前記第3流体を流動させる流動装置を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
