Claims (4)
- 第1流体と第2流体とをそれぞれ流通させながらそれらの流体同士の間で熱交換させる熱交換器であって、
前記第1流体を流通させる複数の第1流路が一方の板面に配列された第1基板と、前記第2流体を流通させる複数の第2流路が一方の板面に配列された第2基板と、空気の熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有する第3流体が入った複数の流路状の第3流体室が一方の板面に配列された第3基板とが積層された積層体を有する流路構造体を備え、
前記第3基板は、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在し、前記複数の第3流体室が配列された当該第3基板の一方の板面が前記第1基板の前記複数の第1流路が配列された板面と反対側の板面に接合しているとともに、当該第3基板の一方の板面と反対側の板面が前記第2基板の前記複数の第2流路が配列された板面に接合し、
前記複数の第3流体室は、それぞれ、前記第1流路の流路幅と等しい幅を有するとともに前記第1基板と前記第3基板との積層方向から見て当該第3流体室に対応する前記第1流路とその流路幅の方向においてずれなく重なるように配置された部分を有する、熱交換器。 - 前記第3流体室に接続され、前記第1流路から前記第3流体室への前記第1流体の漏洩及び前記第2流路から前記第3流体室への前記第2流体の漏洩のうち少なくとも一方を検知する漏れ検知装置を備える、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記漏れ検知装置は、前記第3流体室内の前記第3流体の圧力を検知する圧力計を有する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第3流体室内の前記第3流体を流動させる流動装置を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
