Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の被覆材は、可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆材であって、(A)ポリオール化合物、及び(B)イソシアネート基含有量が5重量%以上20重量%以下であるポリイソシアネート化合物を含むことを特徴とする。

Description
1.可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆材であって、
(A)ポリオール化合物、及び(B)イソシアネート基含有量が5重量%以上20重量%以下であるポリイソシアネート化合物を含むことを特徴とする被覆材。
2.可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆材であって、
(A)ポリオール化合物、(B)イソシアネート基含有量が5重量%以上20重量%以下であるポリイソシアネート化合物、及び(C)テトラアルコキシシラン化合物を含むことを特徴とする被覆材。
3.前記(A)成分が、(A−1)アミノ基及び/またはカルボキシル基を有するポリオール化合物を含有することを特徴とする1.または2.に記載の被覆材。
4.前記(A)成分が、(A−2)ポリカプロラクトンジオール及び/又はポリカプロラクトントリオールを含有することを特徴とする1.〜3.のいずれかに記載の被覆材。
5.1.〜4.のいずれかに記載の被覆材を用いて、可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆方法。
(A−1)成分としては、アミノ基を有するポリオール、カルボキシル基を有するポリオール、アミノ基及びカルボキシル基を有するポリオール等が挙げられ、これらの1種または2種以上が使用できる。例えば、(A−1)成分として、アミノ基を有するポリオール化合物及びカルボキシル基を有するポリオール化合物を含む態様等も好適である。
なお、アミン価は過塩素酸で滴定して求める試料1g中の水酸化カリウムのミリグラム(mg)数で表したアミンと同定した塩基の量であり、JIS K 1557−7:2011 プラスチック−ポリウレタン原料ポリオール試験方法−第7部:塩基性度の求め方(窒素含有量及び全アミン価表示)に基づいて測定した値である。(A)成分のアミン価とは、全ての(A)成分の混合物で測定した値である。
RO(Si(OR)2O)nR+(n+1)H2O→nSiO2+(2n+2)ROH (Rはアルキル基を示す。nは整数。)
という反応式で表される。本発明におけるSiO2換算は、この反応式をもとに残るシリカ成分の量を換算したものである。
体質顔料としては、例えば、重質炭酸カルシウム、軽微性炭酸カルシウム、カオリン、クレー、陶土、チャイナクレー、珪藻土、含水微粉珪酸、タルク、バライト粉、硫酸バリウム、沈降性硫酸バリウム、炭酸バリウム、炭酸マグネシウム、シリカ粉、水酸化アルミニウム等が挙げられ、これらの1種または2種以上を使用することができる。
可塑剤含有材料がシート防水材の場合は、接着剤等を用いてシート防水材を基材に貼り合わせればよい。
上塗材の施工方法は、特に限定されるものではなく、スプレー塗り、ローラー塗り、刷毛塗り等の塗装手段を適宜すればよい。乾燥は、常温下で行うことが好ましい。上塗材の塗付け量は、好ましくは0.05kg/m2以上1.0kg/m2以下、より好ましくは0.1kg/m2以上0.5kg/m2以下である。
各被覆材を得るため、まず表1に示した原料を使用して、主剤及び硬化剤をそれぞれ製造した。
主剤は、表2の配合にて各原料を常法により混合して製造した。
硬化剤については、表1に示すポリイソシアネート化合物1のみからなるものを硬化剤1とした。
ポリイソシアネート化合物1とテトラアルコキシシラン化合物を、重量比6:1となるように配合したものを硬化剤2とした。
ポリイソシアネート化合物2とテトラアルコキシシラン化合物を、重量比6:1となるように配合したものを硬化剤3とした。
ポリイソシアネート化合物3とテトラアルコキシシラン化合物を、重量比6:1となるように配合したものを硬化剤4とした。
ポリイソシアネート化合物4とテトラアルコキシシラン化合物を、重量比6:1となるように配合したものを硬化剤5とした。
ポリイソシアネート化合物5とテトラアルコキシシラン化合物を、重量比6:1となるように配合したものを硬化剤6とした。
なお、主剤と硬化剤は、NCO/OHが当量比で1.0となるように混合し、混合は塗装の直前に行った。
基材として、スレート板に、ローラーにてエポキシ樹脂系シーラーを0.1kg/m2塗付け、気温23℃・相対湿度50%RH(以下、「標準状態」という)で5時間乾燥したものを用意した。この基材に対し、ウレタンゴム系塗膜防水材(可塑剤を10%含有)を、コテを用いて3.0kg/m2塗付け、標準状態で24時間乾燥した。
次に、スプレーガンを用いて被覆材を0.3kg/m2塗付け、標準状態で5時間乾燥した後、スプレーガンを用いて白色のウレタン樹脂塗料を0.2kg/m2塗付け、標準状態で24時間乾燥した。
以上の方法により、試験体を作製した。
試験体を大阪府で南向きに水平面に対して30度の角度で設置し、1年間及び2年間暴露した後の耐汚染性を評価した。評価は5段階評価とし、優:5>4>3>2>1:劣とした。
試験体を、温度23℃の水に18時間浸した後、−20℃で3時間冷却し、50℃で3時間加温するというサイクルを1サイクルとし、10サイクル、20サイクル、30サイクル繰り返した後、被膜表面のひび割れの有無、表面状態を確認した。評価は、ひび割れが全くみられないものを◎、著しいひび割れが発生したものを×として、4段階(優:◎>○>△>×:劣)で評価した。
本結果の通り、比較例1に対し、実施例1〜14では良好な耐汚染性が得られている。このことから、各実施例では、可塑剤の移行防止効果により、耐汚染性が向上していることがわかる。また、実施例1〜14は耐ひび割れ性も良好であり、本発明被覆材が、ひび割れ防止効果と汚染抑制効果を両立していることがわかる。
Claims (5)
- 可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆材であって、
(A)ポリオール化合物、及び(B)イソシアネート基含有量が5重量%以上20重量%以下であるポリイソシアネート化合物を含むことを特徴とする被覆材。 - 可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆材であって、
(A)ポリオール化合物、(B)イソシアネート基含有量が5重量%以上20重量%以下であるポリイソシアネート化合物、及び(C)テトラアルコキシシラン化合物を含むことを特徴とする被覆材。 - 前記(A)成分が、(A−1)アミノ基及び/またはカルボキシル基を有するポリオール化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の被覆材。
- 前記(A)成分が、(A−2)ポリカプロラクトンジオール及び/又はポリカプロラクトントリオールを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の被覆材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の被覆材を用いて、可塑剤含有材料の表面を被覆する被覆方法。
