Claims (9)
- 組成として、少なくともAl2O3及び/又はSiO2を含む結晶化ガラス板であり、且つ結晶化ガラス板の結晶化度が10〜90%であることを特徴とする拡散板。
- 主結晶がAl−Si−O系結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散板。
- 主結晶がR−Al−Si−O系結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散板。
- 組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 13〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O+MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 0〜30%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の拡散板。
- 組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜70%、Al2O3 13〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O+MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 1〜35%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載の拡散板。
- 主結晶の平均結晶粒径が20〜30000nmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の拡散板。
- ヘイズ値が10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の拡散板。
- 照明装置に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の拡散板。
- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の拡散板を具備してなることを特徴とする照明装置。
