Claims (9)
- 溶融ガラスを成形した後、熱処理して、少なくとも第一の相と第二の相を含む分相構造を有するガラスを得た後、得られたガラスを有機ELデバイスに用いると共に、該ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 30〜75%、B2O3 0.1〜50%、Al2O3 0〜35%、Na2O 0〜5%、La2O3+Nb2O5 0〜5%を含有することを特徴とするガラスの製造方法。
- 第一の相中のSiO2の含有量が、第二の相中のSiO2の含有量よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスの製造方法。
- 第二の相中のB2O3の含有量が、第一の相中のB2O3の含有量よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラスの製造方法。
- ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 35〜70%、B2O3 10〜40%、Al2O3 0.1〜25%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
- ガラスが、ガラス組成中に、実質的にレアメタル酸化物を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
- ガラスの屈折率ndが1.50超であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
- 平板形状に成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法で成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
- 得られたガラスを有機EL照明に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のガラスの製造方法。
