Claims (10)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 28〜60%、SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3 35〜60%(但し、SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3の含有量が35%の場合を除く)、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜2%、Al2O3 0〜8%を含有し、質量比(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5+TiO2+ZrO2)/(SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3)が0.1〜1.8、質量比(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5+TiO2+ZrO2)が0〜10、質量比(TiO2+ZrO2)/(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5)が0.001〜40、屈折率ndが1.55〜2.3であることを特徴とする高屈折率ガラス。
- 液相粘度が103.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 板状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 少なくとも一方の面が未研磨であり、且つ未研磨面の表面粗さRaが10Å以下であることを特徴とする請求項3のいずれかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 照明デバイスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 有機EL照明に用いることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 有機太陽電池に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 有機ELディスプレイに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 28〜50%、SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3 35〜50%(但し、SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3の含有量が35%の場合を除く)、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜2%、Al2O3 0〜8%を含有すると共に、質量比(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5+TiO2+ZrO2)/(SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3)が0.1〜1.8、質量比(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5+TiO2+ZrO2)が0.1〜1.5、質量比(TiO2+ZrO2)/(BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5)が0.05〜2、屈折率ndが1.6〜2.2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 板状であり、屈折率ndが1.6以上、液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上、少なくとも一方の面の表面粗さRaが10Å以下、厚みが0.1〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
