Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による自動車用電動式ブレーキは、小型モータと、この小型モータにより相互摩擦するか、解除される複数のディスク及び摩擦パッドを用いて駐車ブレーキを構成することで、従来のソレノイドに比べて作動騒音を低減させ、走行中に小型モータの電源が故障しても従来のように制動力が解除されない現象を防止できることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 制動力を提供するための電気モータ(114)と、電気モータ(114)の外側方向軸のプッシュロッド(116)及び内側方向軸の回転軸(120)と、電気モータ(114)またはモータ/減速機が設けられたハウジング内に装着される駐車ブレーキ用ハウジング(202)と、を含む自動車用電動式ブレーキであって、
前記回転軸(120)の外径と駐車ブレーキ用ハウジング(202)の内径との間に交互に装着され、回転軸(120)の回転を拘束または解除させるスライドディスク(302)及び摩擦パッド(304)と、
前記スライドディスク(302)及び摩擦パッド(304)を加圧するように最外側スライドディスクに隣接配置され、外面にはネジ穴(306)が形成された加圧部材(308)と、
前記駐車ブレーキ用ハウジング(202)の外側内壁面に装着され、駐車ブレーキの制動及び解除時にだけ電源の供給を受けて作動する小型モータ(310)と、
前記小型モータ(310)の駆動軸であって、加圧部材(308)の前後進運動のために加圧部材(308)のネジ穴(306)内に挿入されてその場で回転するネジ状のプッシュロッド(312)と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする自動車用電動式ブレーキ。 - 前記駐車ブレーキ用ハウジング(202)の内径面には、加圧部材(308)の外径面を囲んで加圧部材(308)の直進運動を案内するガイド部材(314)が装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用電動式ブレーキ。
- 前記電気モータ(114)の内側面と最内側摩擦パッド(304)との間には、スライドディスク(302)及び摩擦パッド(304)が加圧される時の支持力を提供する固定ディスク(316)が装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用電動式ブレーキ。
- 前記駐車ブレーキ用ハウジング(202)の内径面には第1突起(318)が形成され、摩擦パッド(304)の外径面には第1突起(318)が挿入締結される第1凹溝(320)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用電動式ブレーキ。
- 前記スライドディスク(302)の内径面には第2突起(322)が形成され、回転軸(120)の外径面には第2突起(322)が挿入締結される第2凹溝(324)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用電動式ブレーキ。
- 前記ガイド部材(314)の内径面には第3突起(326)が形成され、加圧部材(308)の外径面には第3突起(326)が挿入締結される第3凹溝(328)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車用電動式ブレーキ。
