Abstract
【解決手段】リニアモータ3を構成する一次側磁極部31と二次側磁極部32のうち一方の磁極部における他方の磁極部に対する対向面31x,32xは、筐体1の長手方向に沿った面であり、一次側磁極部31と二次側磁極部32との間を隔てることで、一次側磁極部31を大気環境に位置させるとともに、二次側磁極部32を真空環境または減圧環境に位置させるカバー部311を備え、筐体1外部の気圧によりカバー部311が設けられる筐体1の壁部11にかかる力F1,F2の方向と、対向面31x,32xに対し一次側磁極部31と二次側磁極部32とにより生じる磁気吸引力F3の方向と、が異なるように一次側磁極部31と二次側磁極部32とが対向している。

Claims (4)
- 壁部に囲まれた内部を真空環境または減圧環境に保つことができる筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に位置し、前記筐体の長手方向に沿い移動可能に設けられた可動部と、
前記筐体と前記可動部との間で構成され、一次側磁極部と二次側磁極部とを備えるリニアモータと、
前記一次側磁極部を収容可能なカバー部と、を備え、
前記リニアモータは、前記筐体側に位置する一次側磁極部と前記可動部側に位置し、前記一次側磁極部に対して対向配置された二次側磁極部とにより一組を構成し、
前記一次側磁極部と二次側磁極部のうち一方の磁極部における他方の磁極部に対する対向面は、前記筐体の長手方向に沿った面であり、
前記カバー部は、前記壁部に取り付けるための取付部を有し、前記壁部に取り付けられた状態で前記二次側磁極部と当該カバー部に収容された状態の前記一次側磁極部とを隔てることで、前記一次側磁極部を大気環境に位置させるとともに、前記二次側磁極部を真空環境または減圧環境に位置させ、
前記筐体外部の気圧により前記取付部が設けられる前記壁部にかかる力の方向と、前記対向面に対し前記一次側磁極部と前記二次側磁極部とにより生じる磁気吸引力の方向と、が異なるように前記一次側磁極部と前記二次側磁極部とが対向している搬送装置。 - 前記一次側磁極部及びカバー部は、前記筐体の長手方向に間欠的に設けられている請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記筐体外部の気圧により前記取付部が設けられる前記壁部にかかる力の方向と、前記対向面に対し前記一次側磁極部と前記二次側磁極部とにより生じる磁気吸引力の方向と、が直交する関係にある請求項1または2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記一次側磁極部は、複数の板状体が積層されて形成されたコアにコイルが巻かれて構成され、
前記コアにおける前記複数の板状体の積層方向は、前記一次側磁極部における前記対向面と平行な方向である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
