Abstract

Claims (4)
- コアと、
前記コアに対して、その開口縁部の全周に亘って溶接されるヘッダータンクと、を備え、
前記ヘッダータンクの開口縁部の全周には、所定の開先角度で、当該ヘッダータンクの内面から外面に向かって傾斜する開先が設けられていると共に、前記ヘッダータンクの開口縁部の少なくとも一部には、前記所定の開先角度よりも大きい角度で前記ヘッダータンクの前記外面から前記内面に向かって傾斜する第2の傾斜部が設けられている熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
前記ヘッダータンクの板厚は、必要強度を確保するために設定される第1の板厚に、当該ヘッダータンクに流体の通過孔を貫通形成することに伴う補強分の第2の板厚を加えて設定されており、
前記第2の傾斜部は、前記ヘッダータンクの板厚を、第1及び第2を合わせた板厚から第1の板厚まで減らすように設けられている熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器において、
前記コアは、積層した複数のプレートを、ろう付けにより一体化したプレートフィン型である熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、
前記第2の傾斜部は、前記ヘッダータンクの開口縁部の全周に亘って設けられている熱交換器。
