Abstract
【解決手段】冷蔵庫1では、外箱11と、外箱11内に配置される内箱12と、外箱11と内箱12の間に設けられる真空断熱材30,31,32,33とを有する冷蔵庫である。この外箱11と内箱12の角部Cには、補強部材40が配置されており、補強部材40の内箱12側の内面12Aは、真空断熱材30,31,32,33の内箱12側の内面よりも、外箱11側に位置されている。

Claims (8)
- 外箱と、前記外箱内に配置される内箱と、前記外箱と前記内箱の間に設けられる真空断熱材とを有する冷蔵庫であって、
前記外箱の一部の角部は、連続した板を折り曲げることで形成され、前記角部には、補強部材が配置されていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記角部には、前記角部における断熱性を保持する断熱部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記外箱は金属製であり、前記内箱はプラスチック製であり、前記真空断熱材は、真空断熱材と、前記真空断熱材を覆っているフィルムと、を有し、前記フィルムの端部は、前記外箱の内面側に折り曲げて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記真空断熱材の外面側には、前記補強部材の一部を収容するための段差部分が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記補強部材は、前記真空断熱材から離した位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記補強部材の前記内箱側の内面は、前記真空断熱材の前記内箱側の内面よりも、前記外箱側に位置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記補強部材の厚みは、前記真空断熱材の厚みよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記補強部材は、傾斜部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
