Abstract
【解決手段】取付板14及び基部11aが防振基体13により弾性変形可能に連結され、防振基体13を隔壁の一部とする液室が設けられる。貫通孔15からノズル41を通して液室に液体が充填される。貫通孔15の一端側の周囲にダイヤフラム16と一体的にリップ部16dが加硫成形される。リップ部16dはノズル41の端面と干渉して弾性変形するので、液体を注入するときのシール性を確保できる。また、リップ部16dは防振装置10毎に設けられるので、繰返し使用を防止できる。その結果、液体の充填作業におけるシール性の低下を防止できると共に、液体充填装置40のメンテナンスを簡素化できる。

Claims (4)
- 振動発生側または振動受け側の一方に連結される第1取付部材と、
振動発生側または振動受け側の他方に連結される第2取付部材と、
前記第1取付部材および前記第2取付部材を弾性変形可能に連結しゴム状弾性材から構成される防振基体と、
前記防振基体を隔壁の一部として液体が充填される液室と、
前記液室に連通すると共に前記第1取付部材および前記第2取付部材のいずれかを貫通し、一端側からノズルを通して前記液室に液体を注入する貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔の一端側から挿入され前記貫通孔を封止し前記液室に充填された液体の漏洩を阻止する封止部材とを備える防振装置において、
前記貫通孔の一端側の周囲に配置されると共に、前記貫通孔の一端側の周囲に加硫接着されるゴム状弾性材と一体的に形成され、前記ノズルの端面または外周面と干渉して弾性変形するシール部を備えていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記シール部は、前記封止部材に対して非干渉とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振装置。
- 前記液室は、前記防振基体を隔壁の一部として形成される第1液室と、
オリフィス通路が形成された仕切部材により前記第1液室と連通しつつ区画されると共に、隔壁の少なくとも一部がゴム状弾性膜からなるダイヤフラムで形成される第2液室とを備え、
前記ダイヤフラムの外周部が加硫接着される環状の取付板を備え、
前記貫通孔は、前記取付板の厚さ方向に貫通形成されると共に、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部の厚さ方向に貫通形成される連通孔と前記貫通孔の一端側で連通し、
前記シール部は、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。 - 前記封止部材は、前記貫通孔に圧入される球状部材であり、
前記貫通孔は、一端側の内周面に形成されると共に一端側が他端側より拡径され、圧入される前の前記封止部材を係止可能に構成される段差部またはテーパ部を備え、
前記シール部と一体に前記貫通孔の一端側の周囲に形成されると共に、前記ノズルを通して注入される液体を貯留し、前記段差部または前記テーパ部に係止される前記封止部材の上端より高く設定された堤部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
