Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、シュウ酸銀に、水又は非ハロゲン系有機溶媒の少なくともいずれかよりなる分散溶媒を混練してなる銀前駆体であって、シュウ酸銀100重量部に対して、10〜200重量部の分散溶媒を混練してなる銀前駆体である。この銀前駆体は、銀化合物の水溶液とシュウ酸とを混合してシュウ酸銀を生成し、生成したシュウ酸銀を含む反応液を固液分離してシュウ酸銀を分離した後、分離されたシュウ酸銀についての水含有量を調整する或いは、非ハロゲン系有機溶媒を接触させることで製造できる。

Claims (8)
- シュウ酸銀に、水又は非ハロゲン系有機溶媒の少なくともいずれかよりなる分散溶媒を混練してなる銀前駆体であって、
シュウ酸銀100重量部に対して、10〜200重量部の分散溶媒を混練してなる銀前駆体。 - 非ハロゲン系有機溶媒は、アルコール、アルカン、アルケン、アルキン、ケトン、エーテル、エステル、カルボン酸、脂肪酸、芳香族、アミン、アミド、ニトリルのいずれか又はこれらが混合されたものであり、いずれの有機溶媒も25℃における蒸気圧が525mmHg以下であり、常温で液体状態を有するものである請求項1記載の銀前駆体。
- ハロゲン濃度が、100ppm以下である請求項1又は請求項2記載の銀前駆体。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の銀前駆体の製造方法であって、
銀化合物の水溶液とシュウ酸とを混合してシュウ酸銀を生成する工程と、
生成したシュウ酸銀を含む反応液を固液分離してシュウ酸銀を分離する工程と、
分離されたシュウ酸銀について、分散溶媒の含有量がシュウ酸100重量部に対して10〜200重量部となるように調整する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 分離されたシュウ酸銀に非ハロゲン系有機溶媒からなる第1溶媒を接触させる請求項4記載の銀前駆体の製造方法。
- 更に、非ハロゲン系有機溶媒からなる第2の溶媒をシュウ酸銀に接触させる請求項5記載の銀前駆体の製造方法。
- 銀化合物は、硝酸銀、酢酸銀、炭酸銀、酸化銀、亜硝酸銀、安息香酸銀、シアン酸銀、クエン酸銀、乳酸銀である請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の銀前駆体の製造方法。
- シュウ酸銀を銀前駆体として反応させる銀化合物の製造方法であって、
請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の銀前駆体の製造方法により製造された銀前駆体を反応させる方法。
