Abstract
Description
2.8gのシュウ酸銀を300ccの蒸留水中に入れた後、10分の超音波処理を行い、粒子を分散させた。その分散したシュウ酸銀を130℃で15分間反応させ、図1に示すような銀粒子を含む溶液を得た。
28gのシュウ酸銀を1000ccのエチルアルコール中に入れた後、10分の超音波処理を行い、粒子を分散させた。その分散したシュウ酸銀を134℃で15分間反応させ、図2に示すような銀粉末を得た。
72mgのシュウ酸銀を1000ccのエチルアルコール中に入れた後、10分の超音波処理を行い、粒子を分散させた。その分散した粒子を135℃で25分間反応させ、図3に示すようなナノ粒径の銀粒子を得た。
4.2gのシュウ酸銀を、水(50体積%)とエチルアルコール(50体積%)との混合溶液中に入れた後、その溶液を130℃で15分間反応させ、図4に示すような0.5μmの銀粒子を合成した。
1リットルの水の中に入れた4.2gのシュウ酸銀中に30重量%のPVP(ポリビニルピロリドン)を入れ、超音波処理を行い、その粒子を分散させた。その分散した粒子を135℃で20分間反応させ、図5に示すような粒径が0.5μm以下の銀粒子を合成した。
1リットルの水の中に28gのシュウ酸銀を入れたものの中に10gのゼラチンを入れ、超音波処理を行い、その粒子を分散させた。分散した粒子を135℃で15分間反応させ、図6に示すような粒径が50nm以下の銀粒子を合成した。
Claims (19)
- (a) 固体シュウ酸銀粒子をキャリヤー中に分散する工程;及び
(b) 前記分散したシュウ酸銀を大気圧より高い圧力で少なくとも100℃の温度へ加熱し、前記シュウ酸銀を分解して銀粒子にする工程;
とを含む銀粒子製造方法。 - 工程(a)の前に、銀化合物の第一溶液と、シュウ酸化合物の第二溶液とを混合し、シュウ酸銀を生成させる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、工程(b)の加熱の前に、分散したシュウ酸銀に表面活性剤を添加する工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、陰イオン性表面活性剤、陽イオン性表面活性剤、両性表面活性剤、非イオン性表面活性剤、フルオロケミカル表面活性剤、重合可能な表面活性剤、及びそれら表面活性剤の組合せを含む群から選択する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 更に、混合工程の前に、第一溶液に表面活性剤を添加する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、陰イオン性表面活性剤、陽イオン性表面活性剤、両性表面活性剤、非イオン性表面活性剤、フルオロケミカル表面活性剤、重合可能な表面活性剤、及びそれら表面活性剤の組合せを含む群から選択する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 更に、混合工程の前に、第二溶液に表面活性剤を添加する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、陰イオン性表面活性剤、陽イオン性表面活性剤、両性表面活性剤、非イオン性表面活性剤、フルオロケミカル表面活性剤、重合可能な表面活性剤、及びそれら表面活性剤の組合せを含む群から選択する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の分散が、シュウ酸銀をキャリヤーに添加し、前記シュウ酸銀とキャリヤーとの混合物を超音波処理にかけることを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- キャリヤーを、水、メチルアルコール、エチルアルコール、プロピルアルコール、及びそれらの何れかの混合物を含む群から選択する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 銀化合物がAgNO3である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- シュウ酸化合物を、シュウ酸ナトリウム及びシュウ酸を含む群から選択する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- シュウ酸銀の生成に続き、更に、前記シュウ酸銀を水で洗浄し、不純物を除去する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、PVP(ポリビニルピロリドン)及びゼラチンを含む群から選択する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、PVP(ポリビニルピロリドン)及びゼラチンを含む群から選択する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤を、PVP(ポリビニルピロリドン)及びゼラチンを含む群から選択する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤が、工程(b)で銀の80重量%以下である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤が、工程(b)で銀の80重量%以下である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 表面活性剤が、工程(b)で銀の80重量%以下である、請求項7に記載の方法。
