【解決手段】金属製の前記弁ハウジング1に,その軸方向においてエンジンEに支持される第1荷重受け部4aを設ける一方,固定コア6の後端部に,その軸方向において弾性保持部材13に支持される第2荷重受け部6cを設け,燃料入口筒7に嵌装されてエンジンEに固定される燃料分配管Dにより弾性保持部材13に前方へのセット荷重を付与して,第1及び第2荷重受け部4a,6cをエンジンE及び弾性保持部材13間で挟持した。

Claims (1)
- 前端に弁座(8)を有する弁ハウジング(1)と,この弁ハウジング(1)の後端に連設される固定コア(6)と,この固定コア(6)の後端に連なる燃料入口筒(7)と,前記固定コア(6)前端の吸引面(6a)に対置される可動コア(16)と,前記固定コア(6)の外周に配設されるコイル(37)と,前記弁ハウジング(1)に収容されて前記弁座(8)と協働する弁体(15)と,前端を前記弁ハウジング(1)に結合して前記コイル(37)を収容するコイルハウジング(38)と,このコイルハウジング(38)から前記固定コア(6)にわたりモールド成形される合成樹脂製の被覆層(40)とを備え,前記コイル(37)への通電により前記固定コア(6)に前記可動コア(16)を吸引させて前記弁体(15)を開弁し,エンジン(E)の燃焼室(Ea)に燃料を直接噴射する直噴式燃料噴射弁の支持構造において,
金属製の前記弁ハウジング(1)に,その軸方向においてエンジン(E)に支持される第1荷重受け部(4a)を設ける一方,前記固定コア(6)の後端部に,その軸方向において弾性保持部材(13)に支持される第2荷重受け部(6c)を設け,前記燃料入口筒(7)に嵌装されてエンジン(E)に固定される燃料分配管(D)により前記弾性保持部材(13)に前方へのセット荷重を付与して,前記第1及び第2荷重受け部(4a,6c)をエンジン(E)及び前記弾性保持部材(13)間で挟持したことを特徴とする,直噴式燃料噴射弁の支持構造。
