Abstract
【解決手段】検体搬送装置20は、検体を収容するカップ状の検体容器11を立位状態で保持するホルダ16と、所定の搬送路に沿って配されるチェーン部材23と、チェーン部材の所定箇所に設けられ、ホルダを支持する支持部24と、を備える。

Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10について図1及び図2を参照して説明する。図1は本実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10の説明図、図2は撹拌部30の側面図であり、フレーム22等を破断して一部断面で示している。なお、各図では説明のため、適宜構成を拡大、縮小、省略して示している。図中矢印X,Y,Zは互いに直交する3方向をそれぞれ示している。
Claims (4)
- 検体を収容するカップ状の検体容器を立位状態で保持するホルダと、
所定の搬送路に沿って配されるチェーン部材と、
前記チェーン部材の所定箇所に設けられ、前記ホルダを支持する支持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする検体搬送装置。 - 前記ホルダを所定の搬送路に沿って案内するガイドレールを備え、
前記検体容器は前記検体を収容する筒状のカップであり、
前記チェーン部材は互いに連結される複数の連結駒を有し前記ガイドレールの下側で前記搬送路に沿って配され、
前記チェーン部材には支持孔を有する支持部が設けられ、
前記ホルダは、前記ガイドレールの上側で前記カップの下部の外周部を保持する保持部と、前記保持部の下方に設けられ前記ガイドレールに案内される首部と、前記首部より下方に設けられ下方に突出し前記チェーン部材の前記支持孔に挿入される係合部と、を備えることを特徴とする検体搬送装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の検体搬送装置と、
前記搬送路の側部に設けられ、前記検体ホルダを立位状態で回転させて内部の前記検体を撹拌する撹拌部と、
前記搬送路において前記撹拌部の下流側に設けられ、前記検体容器の前記検体を分取し、他の容器に分注する分取・分注部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする検体処理装置。 - 検体を収容するカップ状の検体容器を、ホルダにて立位状態で保持するとともに、
所定の搬送路に沿って配されるチェーン部材の所定箇所に前記ホルダを支持した状態で、前記チェーン部材を送り駆動することを特徴とする検体搬送方法。
