- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遠心分離によってフィブリンI等の成分を血液から分離するための方法であ って、抗凝固剤が混合された血液を装置の第1環状チャンバに供給するステップ を有し、該環状チャンバは円筒状外壁と円筒状内壁と上壁と底壁とによって形成 され、円筒状外壁と円筒状内壁とは共通軸を中心として同軸に延在し、上壁又は 底壁は第1チャンバ内で変位可能なピストン本体により形成され、装置を上記共 通軸を中心として遠心分離装置にかけピストン本体を移動させることによって上 記共通軸に対して同軸に延在する外円筒壁によって形成された第2チャンバへそ の結果形成された液体部分を流動させるステップをさらに有し、第2チャンバ内 の上記液体部分は遠心分離が継続され分離を促進する適切な配合剤が添加されそ して利用できない部分が第1チャンバへ戻されることによってさらに分離せしめ られ、第2チャンバ内に残留している上記液体部分の部分は任意に溶剤を追加し た後にフィルターを通して液体収容容器に流動せしめられるようにした方法にお いて、 第2チャンバ内に残留している上記液体部分の部分は、上記液体収容容器に流 動せしめられる前に、上記他のチャンバに対して同軸に設けられた第3チャンバ 内に流動せしめられ、 第3チャンバ内の当該液体は、遠心分離時に、上記液体収容部材に接続される ように形成されている環状の外側コンパートメントに案内されるように環状フィ ルターを通して流動せしめられることを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、円筒状外壁と円筒状内 壁と上壁と底壁とにより形成された第1環状チャンバを備え、該円筒状外壁と該 円筒状内壁とは上記回転軸を中心として同心に備えられ、上記上壁又は上記底壁 は上記第1チャンバ内で変位可能なピストン本体により形成され、さらに第1流 路を通して上記第1チャンバに連通する第2チャンバを備え、該第2チャンバは 上記回転軸を中心として同心に設けられた外円筒壁と上記第1チャンバの底壁と 他の底壁とにより形成され、第2チャンバは遠心分離時に第1チャンバの下に位 置するように構成され、血液を第1チャンバに供給するための血液供給手段と、 少なくとも1つの液体収容容器を接続するための収容手段であって第2流路を通 して第2チャンバに連通する収容手段と、分離を促進する配合剤を供給するため の配合剤供給手段とをさらに備えた装置において、 上記第2流路は、第2チャンバと、それに対して同軸的に設けられ第2室に対 して外部から開けることが可能な流路を備えた第3チャンバとに連絡し、 第3チャンバは内コンパートメントと外環状コンパートメントとを備え、 上記コンパートメントは径方向に延在する周囲流路と接続され、該周囲流路に は、上記分離を促進するために用いられた所望されない内容物を含んでいる液体 の流動を防止するための環状フィルターが設けられたことを特徴とする装置。 3.上記第2チャンバと上記第3チャンバとの間に形成された上記流路は、上記 2つのチャンバに対して同軸に構成されると共に、カプセルの手段により閉じら れるようになっており、 上記カプセルは、第2チャンバと同軸に設けられ該カプセルに複数のコンパー トメントを形成する隔壁をなすために互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数の径方 向ディスクを支持する中央ハブを備え、 該ディスクは、周囲の外形が同一であり、 コンパートメントの外側は、密閉され変位自在に設けられたスリーブ状本体の 手段により閉じられ、 上記スリーブ状本体の外側は、そのあらゆる位置において軸方向流路の側壁に 密閉状態で接するように構成されており、 カプセルの最も低い位置に設けられている隔壁形成ディスクにより、上記ピス トンの移動により上記スリーブ状本体の軸方向の変位によってスリーブ状本体が 上記最も低い位置に設けられている上記隔壁の周囲との係合から解放されること によって、液体は第2チャンバから第3チャンバへ自由に流動することができよ うにしたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。 4.上記ピストン本体は、上記カプセルの上記スリーブ状本体と同軸に延在する 下スカートであってピストン本体が下方向に押し下げられたときに上記本体と係 合するように構成された下スカートを備え、 上記下方向への押し下げにより、カプセル内の上記各コンパートメントを適切 な時に順次開口させ、最終的に上記第2チャンバから上記第1チャンバへの上記 液体流路が開口せしめられるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。 5.上記カプセルの上記ハブは、軸方向貫通路を備えると共に、下に位置する第 3チャンバの底中央に構成される上方突出部上に取り付けられ、 上記貫通路は、チャネル・システムを通して、上記第3チャンバの上記外環状 コンパートメントと液体が流動するように連絡し、 上記ハブの上記上端は、上記ピストン本体に設けられた流路と密閉状態で接続 されるように構成されており、これにより、上記上端は、そこに確保されること ができる液体収容容器と接続されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3又は4 記載の装置。 6.上記カプセルの上記ハブは、スリーブの手段により、上記第3チャンバの底 に設けられている上記突出部に取り付けられており、 ハブ及び突出部は、上記スリーブの手段の各端部で夫々で囲まれており、 上記スリーブは、周方向外側に突出する突出壁部を備えており、 上記環状フィルタは、突出壁部の壁面と、上記第2チャンバの底壁との間に確 保され、 スリーブの上記外側に突出する突出壁部は、第3室の底から所定距離を置いて 設けられており、これにより、当該突出壁部は、上記外環状コンパートメントに 対する接続部をなすと共に、上記突出部の内側及びスリーブの隣接する内側との 間にハブの貫通路に連絡するところの軸方向に延在する溝をなすことを特徴とす る請求項5記載の装置。
