Il presente trovato e relativo ad un metodo per l'ottenimento di colla di fibrina in ambiente completamente sterile e ad un corredo preassemblato per la attuazione di tale metodo, corredo che è composto da almeno una coppia di sacche monoliticamente unite tra loro e delle quali almeno una è collegabile direttamente ad una macchina per plasmaferesi, sacche nelle quali, dopo una serie di processi di crioprecipitazione e successiva centrifugazione, viene raccolto e separato dal plasma il fibrinogeno.
