Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の緩衝器D1は、伸側室R1と圧側室R2とを連通する伸側通路4および圧側通路5と、伸側通路4を通過する流体の流れに抵抗を与える伸側減衰弁としての伸側リーフバルブ6と、圧側通路5を通過する流体の流れに抵抗を与える圧側減衰弁としての圧側リーフバルブ7と、伸側通路4を迂回して伸側室R1と圧側室R2とを連通する伸側バイパス路8と、伸側バイパス路8の途中に設けられて伸側室R1の圧力で開弁して伸側バイパス路8を開放する伸側リリーフ弁9と、圧側通路5を迂回して伸側室R1と圧側室R2とを連通する圧側バイパス路10と、圧側バイパス路10の途中に設けられて圧側室R2の圧力で開弁して圧側バイパス路10を開放する圧側リリーフ弁11とを備えた。

Claims (5)
- シリンダと、当該シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入され当該シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室に区画するピストンと、上記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿通されるとともに上記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、上記伸側室から上記圧側室へ向かう流体の流れのみを許容する伸側通路と、上記圧側室から上記伸側室へ向かう流体の流れのみを許容する圧側通路と、上記伸側通路を通過する流体の流れに抵抗を与える伸側減衰弁と、上記圧側通路を通過する流体の流れに抵抗を与える圧側減衰弁とを備えた緩衝器において、上記伸側通路を迂回して上記伸側室と上記圧側室とを連通する伸側バイパス路と、当該伸側バイパス路の途中に設けられて上記伸側室の圧力で開弁して当該伸側バイパス路を開放する伸側リリーフ弁と、上記圧側通路を迂回して上記伸側室と上記圧側室とを連通する圧側バイパス路と、当該圧側バイパス路の途中に設けられて上記圧側室の圧力で開弁して当該圧側バイパス路を開放する圧側リリーフ弁とを備えたことを特徴とする緩衝器。
- 上記伸側リリーフ弁の開弁圧を上記伸側減衰弁の開弁圧よりも大きくし、上記圧側リリーフ弁の開弁圧を上記圧側減衰弁の開弁圧よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記伸側リリーフ弁は、上記ピストンロッドの外周に装着されて伸側バイパスポートを有する伸側バルブディスクと、当該伸側バルブディスクに積層されて上記伸側バイパスポートを開閉する伸側弁体とを備え、
上記圧側リリーフ弁は、上記ピストンロッドの外周に装着されて圧側バイパスポートを有する圧側バルブディスクと、当該圧側バルブディスクに積層されて上記圧側バイパスポートを開閉する圧側弁体とを備え、
上記ピストンロッドは、上記伸側室或いは上記圧側室のいずれかに連通される共通通路を備え、
上記伸側バイパス路は、上記共通通路と、上記伸側バイパスポートとを含んで形成され、
上記圧側バイパス路は、上記共通通路と、上記圧側バイパスポートとを含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記ピストンは、上記ピストンロッドの外周に装着され、上記伸側リリーフ弁は、上記ピストンロッドの外周であって上記ピストンよりも圧側室側に装着され、上記圧側リリーフ弁は、上記ピストンロッドの外周であって上記伸側リリーフ弁よりも圧側室側に装着され、上記ピストン、上記伸側リリーフ弁および上記圧側リリーフ弁が上記ピストンロッドの先端に螺着されるピストンナットによって当該ピストンロッドに固定され、上記圧側バルブディスクの伸側室側に上記圧側弁体が積層されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記ピストンは、上記ピストンロッドの外周に装着され、上記伸側リリーフ弁および上記圧側リリーフ弁は、上記ピストンロッドの外周であって上記ピストンよりも伸側室側に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
