Abstract
【解決手段】無機質板の表面に樹脂系化粧シートを設けてなり、前記無機質板の裏面に無機質薄膜蒸着層と樹脂系フイルムとをこの順に設けてなり、前記無機質板が水分及び/又は結晶水を含有してなることを特徴とする。無機質板の裏面へは防湿性を有し、これにより、無機質板に含まれる水分が、火炎による加熱が加えられる表面の樹脂系化粧シート側より効率的に蒸発することで、防火性能を向上させる。

Description
裏面側接着剤層、無機質薄膜蒸着層、ポリエステル樹脂系フイルムを除いた以外は実施例1と同様にして本発明の化粧板を作製した。
以上のように作製した実施例1、比較例1の化粧板について、ISO5660に定められたコーンカロリーメーターにより発熱性試験を行い20分間の性能を評価した。結果を表1に示す。

- 無機質板の表面に樹脂系化粧シートを設けてなり、前記無機質板の裏面に無機質薄膜蒸着層と樹脂系フイルムとをこの順に設けてなり、前記無機質板が水分及び/又は結晶水を含有してなることを特徴とする不燃化粧板。
