Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一形態に係る二次電池の製造方法は、正極シートとセパレータと負極シートとが積層された状態で捲回された捲回体1が筐体内に収容された二次電池の製造方法であって、捲回体1を筐体2に収容する第1の工程と、捲回体1を筐体2に収容した状態で、筐体2の外部から筐体2を介して捲回体1を高温圧縮する第2の工程と、を備える。このとき、第2の工程において筐体2を介して捲回体1を高温圧縮した部分と略等しい部分を拘束しつつ、初期充電を行う第3の工程を備えることが好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 正極シートとセパレータと負極シートとが積層された状態で捲回された捲回体が筐体内に収容された二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記捲回体を前記筐体に収容する第1の工程と、
前記捲回体を前記筐体に収容した状態で、前記筐体の外部から前記筐体を介して前記捲回体を高温圧縮する第2の工程と、
を備える二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記第2の工程において前記筐体を介して前記捲回体を高温圧縮した部分と略等しい部分を拘束しつつ、初期充電を行う第3の工程を備える請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2の工程は、前記筐体の角部を除き、前記筐体の一方の主面及び他方の主面から前記捲回体を高温圧縮する請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2の工程は、真空度が0.5kPa以下、温度が90℃〜110℃、荷重が0.75kN〜3.0kNの条件で行う請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2の工程と前記第3の工程との間に、前記筐体に電解質を充填する第4の工程を備える請求項2に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
