Abstract
【解決手段】接合部4が形成される当接面に平行な面をXY平面、XY平面に垂直な方向をZ方向とする。シール部材8は、蓋体2に設けられたガイド5の外周面と、ケース3に設けられたリブ6の内周面の間に挟持され、XY平面と平行な方向に押圧されている。また、環状の加圧治具9によりストッパ7上を加圧しながら、その内周側でレーザ光10を走査させることにより、加圧治具9がレーザ光10の軌跡を遮断しない。従って、加圧治具10の材質の選択の幅が広がり、メンテナンスが容易な治具を用いることができ、生産性が向上する。

を用いる必要があった。しかし、ガラス治具を使用した場合でも、反射によるレーザエネルギーの低下が発生するという問題があった。
以下に、本発明の実施の形態1に係る樹脂溶着体及びその製造方法について、図面に基づいて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係る樹脂溶着体の外観を示す斜視図、図2は、図1中A−Aで示す位置で切断した部分断面図である。なお、図中、同一、相当部分には同一符号を付している。本実施の形態1では、樹脂溶着体として圧力センサの密閉容器1を例に挙げて説明する。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る樹脂溶着体である密閉容器の外観は、上記実施の形態1と同様である(図1参照)。図4は、本実施の形態2に係る密閉容器の接合部付近の構造を示している。なお、図4中、図2と同一、相当部分には同一符号を付している。

Claims (9)
- 所定の間隔で対向配置された第1の樹脂部品と第2の樹脂部品の内側に閉鎖空間を有し、互いの当接面の少なくとも一部が溶着接合された樹脂溶着体であって、前記当接面に対して平行な面をXY平面、前記XY平面に対して垂直な方向をZ方向とするとき、
前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品のいずれかに設けられ、前記閉鎖空間において前記Z方向に突出した周状の第1突起部、
前記第1突起部が設けられた前記樹脂部品と対向する前記樹脂部品に設けられ、前記第1突起部よりも外周側において前記Z方向に突出した周状の第2突起部、
前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品のいずれかに設けられ、前記第2突起部よりも外周側において前記Z方向に突出し、対向する前記樹脂部品に当接して前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品の間隔を規定する第3突起部、
前記第1突起部の外周面と前記第2突起部の内周面の間に挟持され、前記XY平面と平行な方向に押圧される環状のシール部材を備えたことを特徴とする樹脂溶着体。 - 前記第1の樹脂部品は、所定の波長のレーザ光に対して透過性があり、前記第2の樹脂部品は、同波長のレーザ光に対して吸収性があることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 前記第1突起部は、前記第1の樹脂部品と前記第2の樹脂部品を対向配置する際の位置決めガイドの機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 前記第3突起部は、溶着接合による接合部よりも外周側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 前記第2突起部は、前記第2の樹脂部品に設けられ、前記第1の樹脂部品に当接しており、これらの当接面の少なくとも一部を前記接合部としたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 前記第2の樹脂部品は、前記第2突起部よりも外周側で且つ前記第3突起部よりも内周側において前記Z方向に突出し、前記第1の樹脂部品に当接する第4突起部を備え、これらの当接面の少なくとも一部を前記接合部としたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 前記シール部材は、Oリングであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂溶着体。
- 所定の波長のレーザ光に対して透過性のある第1の樹脂部品と、同波長のレーザ光に対して吸収性のある第2の樹脂部品を対向配置し、前記第1の樹脂部品側より該レーザ光を照射することにより前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品の当接面の少なくとも一部を溶着接合する樹脂溶着体の製造方法において、前記当接面に平行な面をXY平面、前記XY平面に垂直な方向をZ方向とするとき、
前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品のいずれかに、前記閉鎖空間において前記Z方向に突出した周状の第1突起部が設けられると共に、前記第1突起部が設けられた前記樹脂部品と対向する前記樹脂部品に、前記第1突起部よりも外周側において前記Z方向に突出した周状の第2突起部が設けられ、さらに前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品のいずれかに、前記第2突起部よりも外周側において前記Z方向に突出し、対向する前記樹脂部品に当接して前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品の間隔を規定する第3突起部が設けられており、
前記第1突起部の外周面と前記第2突起部の内周面の間に環状のシール部材を挟持させた状態で前記第1及び第2の樹脂部品を嵌合させ、前記第1の樹脂部品側に配置された加圧手段により前記第3突起部上を前記Z方向に加圧すると共に、前記第3突起部よりも内周側に該レーザ光を照射し、接合部を形成することを特徴とする樹脂溶着体の製造方法。 - 前記加圧手段は環状の治具であり、該レーザ光は前記治具の内周側を走査されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の樹脂溶着体の製造方法。
