Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、第2の樹脂材20に対して本実施形態に係る第1の樹脂材10が溶着された溶着構造体1の構成について説明する。ここでは、第1の樹脂材10として自動車のパーキングソナーを固定するためのブラケットを、第2の樹脂材20として自動車の樹脂バンパーを用いる場合を例に挙げて説明する。
次に、図2,3を参照して、本実施形態に係る溶着装置100について説明する。
次に、図4のフローチャートを参照して、本実施形態に係る溶着方法を説明する。
図5は、改変例1に係る第1の樹脂材50を、第2の樹脂材20に溶着させる際の様子を示す図である。図6は、図5のB部における部分拡大図である。
図7は、改変例2に係る第1の樹脂材60を、第2の樹脂材20に溶着させる際の様子を示す図である。図8は、図7のC部における部分拡大図である。

Claims (7)
- レーザーによって、第1の樹脂材を第2の樹脂材に対して溶着させる溶着方法であって、
前記第1の樹脂材の前記第2の樹脂材側の面の外縁部に前記第2の樹脂材側に向けて突出して設けられる突出部を前記第2の樹脂材に接触させ、
前記レーザーの光路上とは異なる位置において、前記第2の樹脂材に向かって前記第1の樹脂材を加圧することによって、前記突出部に加圧による力を作用させ、
前記突出部に前記レーザーを照射して、前記第1の樹脂材を前記第2の樹脂材に溶着させる溶着方法。 - 前記第1の樹脂材を加圧する加圧方向において、前記突出部とは異なる位置から、前記第2の樹脂材に向かって前記第1の樹脂材を加圧する請求項1に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記第1の樹脂材を加圧する加圧方向に対して傾斜した方向から、前記突出部及び当該突出部が接触する前記第2の樹脂材の接触部の外方部に、前記レーザーを照射する請求項1または2に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記第1の樹脂材は、前記第2の樹脂材側において、外縁に連れて、前記第2の樹脂材側に向かうように加圧方向の幅が小さくなる外側テーパ形状を有し、
前記外側テーパ形状に前記レーザーを照射する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記突出部は、内方に連れて、前記第2の樹脂材から離れるように内側テーパ形状を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記レーザーは、CO2レーザーである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の溶着方法。
- レーザーによって、第1の樹脂材を第2の樹脂材に対して溶着させる溶着装置であって、
前記第1の樹脂材の前記第2の樹脂材側の面の外縁部に前記第2の樹脂材側に向けて突出して設けられる突出部を前記第2の樹脂材に接触した状態で、前記レーザーの光路上とは異なる位置において、前記第2の樹脂材に向かって前記第1の樹脂材を加圧することによって、前記突出部に加圧による力を作用させる加圧部と、
前記突出部に前記レーザーを照射する照射部と、を有する溶着装置。
