Claims (2)
- レーザー光を吸収する吸収性樹脂材と、レーザー光を透過させる透過性樹脂材とを加圧して嵌合し、その接合面に透過性樹脂材側からレーザー光を照射し、吸収性樹脂材を溶融させて両樹脂材を溶着する樹脂材のレーザー溶着方法において、
一方の樹脂材に設けた突起で、少なくとも一対の突起を形成し、加圧方向で互いに対向する両樹脂材の各面が当接することで形成されて接合面をなす第1面と、一方の樹脂材に設けた突起の側面と他方の樹脂材の外面とが当接することで形成されるテーパ状の第2面とで嵌合面を構成して、突起の端面は露出しており、両樹脂材が互いに加圧嵌合された状態で、レーザー光を第1面の中央に照射して走査し、
第1面と第2面とで、接合面において溶融された全ての樹脂材を冷却固化するための経路を構成することを特徴とする樹脂材のレーザー溶着方法。 - 前記第1面と前記第2面とを連続させる角部が、曲率形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂材のレーザー溶着方法。
