Claims (10)
- プラスチック材料から製作された異なるワークピース(5、6)を結合するため、又はプラスチック材料を他の材料と一緒に結合するためのレーザ接合方法であって、
レーザ源に面する第1のワークピース(5)は、レーザビーム(11)に対して透過性の材料から製作され、
他方の第2のワークピース(6)は、前記レーザビーム(11)に対して吸収性の材料、又は前記レーザビーム(11)に対して透過性であり、吸収コーティング若しくは吸収中間膜を含む材料から製作され、
互いに当接する前記2つのワークピース(5、6)の結合接触面(9)がレーザ光の作用で溶融し、後続の加圧下での冷却プロセスの間に互いに結合するように構成されており、
結合される前記ワークピースは、圧力を加えるための挟持装置(1)によって互いに押し付けられ、前記ワークピース(5、6)が、支持要素(3)と、挟持力を加えることができ、前記第1のワークピース(5)に亘って延在し、実質的にレーザ光に対して透過性である挟持要素(4)との間に配設されており、
マスク構造(7)を有するマスク(8)であって、これにより前記第2のワークピース(6)上の前記結合接触面(9)のみを可塑化するように、レーザ光を前記結合接触面(9)の領域内のみ通過させる、マスク(8)が使用され、
前記マスク構造(7)は、使用される前記レーザビーム(11)の波長よりも大きく、
前記レーザビーム(11)は、線形状を有し、前記ワークピース(5、6)及び前記マスク(8)に対して移動するか、又は、平面形状を有し、前記ワークピース(5、6)及び前記マスク(8)において定常的に指向されるかのいずれかであり、
前記レーザ源に面する少なくとも前記第1のワークピース(5)は、少なくとも前記挟持要素(4)に面する第1の外形面(14)上及び/又は前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する第2の外形面(15)上では平坦でない三次元成形品によって形成されており、
前記挟持要素(4)は、その支持側面(13)上において前記第1のワークピース(5)へと、前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)に適合し、
前記マスク構造(7)が前記第1のワークピース(5)に面する前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)上、及び/又は、前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第2の外形面(15)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、レーザ接合方法。 - 前記マスク構造(7)を形成するために、レーザ光を通過させない材料が、前記第1のワークピース(5)に面する前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)及び/又は前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第2の外形面(15)に適用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- レーザ光を反射する材料を使用して前記マスク構造(7)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ源に面する前記挟持要素(4)の側面(21)が平坦な設計を有し、レーザ放射がこの側面(21)でほぼ直角に指向されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)のための前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)が、前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)のネガ型として少なくとも部分的に実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチック材料から製作された異なるワークピース(5、6)を結合するため、又はプラスチック材料を他の材料と一緒に結合するためのレーザ接合方法であって、
レーザ源に面する第1のワークピース(5)は、レーザビーム(11)に対して透過性の材料から製作され、
他方の第2のワークピース(6)は、前記レーザビーム(11)に対して吸収性の材料、又は前記レーザビーム(11)に対して透過性であり、吸収コーティング若しくは吸収中間膜を含む材料から製作され、
互いに当接する前記2つのワークピース(5、6)の結合接触面(9)がレーザ光の作用で溶融し、後続の加圧下での冷却プロセスの間に互いに結合するように構成されており、
結合される前記ワークピースに圧力を加えるよう形成された挟持装置(1)は、前記ワークピース(5、6)を互いに押し付け、前記ワークピース(5、6)が、支持要素(3)と、挟持力を加えることができ、前記第1のワークピース(5)に亘って延在し、実質的にレーザ光に対して透過性である挟持要素(4)との間に配設されており、
マスク構造(7)を有するマスク(8)であって、これにより前記第2のワークピース(6)上の前記結合接触面(9)のみを可塑化するように、レーザ光を前記結合接触面(9)の領域内のみ通過させる、マスク(8)が使用され、
前記マスク構造(7)は、使用される前記レーザビーム(11)の波長よりも大きく、
前記レーザビーム(11)は、線形状を有し、前記ワークピース(5、6)及び前記マスク(8)に対して移動するか、又は、平面形状を有し、前記ワークピース(5、6)及び前記マスク(8)において定常的に指向されるかのいずれかであり、
前記レーザ源に面する少なくとも前記第1のワークピース(5)は、少なくとも前記挟持要素(4)に面する第1の外形面(14)上及び/又は前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する第2の外形面(15)上では平坦でない三次元成形品によって形成されており、
前記挟持要素(4)は、その支持側面(13)上において前記第1のワークピース(5)へと、前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)に適合し、
前記マスク構造(7)が前記第1のワークピース(5)に面する前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)上、及び/又は、前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第2の外形面(15)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、
レーザ接合装置(2)。 - 形成された前記マスク構造(7)が、レーザ光を通過させない材料を含み、前記第1のワークピース(4)に面する前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)上、又は前記第2のワークピース(6)に面する前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第2の外形面(15)上に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のレーザ接合装置。
- 形成された前記マスク構造(7)が、レーザ光を反射する材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のレーザ接合装置。
- 前記レーザ源に面する前記挟持要素(4)の前記側面(21)が平坦な設計を有し、前記レーザ放射がこの側面(21)でほぼ直角に指向されることを特徴とする、請求項6から請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のレーザ接合装置。
- 前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)のための前記挟持要素(4)の前記支持側面(13)が、前記第1のワークピース(5)の前記第1の外形面(14)のネガ型として少なくとも部分的に実装されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から請求項9のうちいずれか一項に記載のレーザ接合装置。
