Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の表面保護フィルムは、基材層と粘着剤層を有し、該粘着剤層がポリウレタン系樹脂を含み、該ポリウレタン系樹脂が、OH基を2個以上有するポリオール(A)と多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)を含有する組成物を硬化させて得られるポリウレタン系樹脂であり、(1)該ポリオール(A)が、OH基を2個有する数平均分子量Mnが3000〜6000のポリオールを50重量%以上含有するか、あるいは、(2)該多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)が、多官能芳香族系イソシアネート化合物である。

Description
基材層と粘着剤層を有し、
該粘着剤層がポリウレタン系樹脂を含み、
該ポリウレタン系樹脂が、OH基を2個以上有するポリオール(A)と多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)を含有する組成物を硬化させて得られるポリウレタン系樹脂であり、
該ポリオール(A)が、OH基を2個有する数平均分子量Mnが3000〜6000のポリオールを50重量%以上含有する。
基材層と粘着剤層を有し、
該粘着剤層がポリウレタン系樹脂を含み、
該ポリウレタン系樹脂が、OH基を2個以上有するポリオール(A)と多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)を含有する組成物を硬化させて得られるポリウレタン系樹脂であり、
該ポリオール(A)が、OH基を2個有するポリオールを50重量%以上含有し、
該多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)が、多官能芳香族系イソシアネート化合物である。
本発明の表面保護フィルムは、光学部材や電子部材の表面保護に好ましく用いられる表面保護フィルムである。本発明の表面保護フィルムは、基材層と粘着剤層とを有する。
基材層の厚みとしては、用途に応じて、任意の適切な厚みを採用し得る。基材層の厚みは、好ましくは5μm〜300μmであり、より好ましくは10μm〜250μmであり、さらに好ましくは15μm〜200μmであり、特に好ましくは20μm〜150μmである。
粘着剤層の厚みとしては、用途に応じて、任意の適切な厚みを採用し得る。粘着剤層の厚みは、好ましくは1μm〜100μmであり、より好ましくは3μm〜50μmであり、さらに好ましくは5μm〜30μmである。
本発明の表面保護フィルムは、任意の適切な用途に用い得る。好ましくは、本発明の表面保護フィルムは、低汚染性、糊カス低減を両立できるとともに、リワーク性、濡れ性、透明性にも優れているので、光学部材や電子部材の表面保護に用いられる。
本発明の表面保護フィルムは、任意の適切な方法により製造することができる。このような製造方法としては、例えば、
(1)粘着剤層の形成材料(例えば、ポリウレタン系樹脂を含む組成物)の溶液や熱溶融液を基材層上に塗布する方法、
(2)それに準じ、セパレーター状に塗布、形成した粘着剤層を基材層上に移着する方法、
(3)粘着剤層の形成材料を基材層上に押出して形成塗布する方法、
(4)基材層と粘着剤層を二層または多層にて押出しする方法、
(5)基材層上に粘着剤層を単層ラミネートする方法またはラミネート層とともに粘着剤層を二層ラミネートする方法、
(6)粘着剤層とフィルムやラミネート層等の基材層形成材料とを二層または多層ラミネートする方法、
などの、任意の適切な製造方法に準じて行うことができる。
表面保護フィルムを、2.5cm×10.0cmに切断し、試験片とした。手作業にて、10m/minの速度で試験片をガラス板(松浪硝子工業株式会社製、商品名:マイクロスライドガラスS)に貼り合わせ、試験片とアクリル板の間の気泡の有無を確認した。評価は下記の基準にて行った。
○:気泡無し。
×:気泡を多数巻き込み、気泡を簡単に除去できない。
粘着剤層の表面をペン先で擦り、粘着剤層が破壊されるかどうかを目視にて判断した。目視は蛍光灯下にて行った。粘着剤層が破壊されなければ糊カスが発生せず、粘着剤層が破壊されれば糊カスが発生する。評価は下記の基準にて行った。
○:糊カスの発生が全く見られず。
×:糊カスの発生が見られた。
粘着力測定後のガラス板表面を3波長蛍光灯下にて目視で確認して判断した。評価は下記の基準にて行った。
○:被着体の汚染が全く見られず。
×:被着体の汚染が見られた。
表面保護フィルムを、幅25mm、長さ150mmに切断し、評価用サンプルとした。
温度23℃、湿度50%RHの雰囲気下で、評価用サンプルの粘着剤層面をガラス板(松浪硝子工業株式会社製、商品名:マイクロスライドガラスS)に、2.0kgローラー1往復により貼り付けた。温度23℃、湿度50%RHの雰囲気下で30分間養生した後、万能引張試験機(ミネベア株式会社製、製品名:TCM−1kNB)を用い、剥離角度180°、引っ張り速度300mm/minで剥離し、粘着力を測定した。
ガラス板に対する初期粘着力と同様の方法で評価用サンプルを作製し、60℃×92%RH×1日保存後の粘着力を、初期粘着力と同様の方法で測定した。
下記の基準に従って、リワーク性の評価を行った。
○:ガラス板に対する60℃×92%RH×1日後の粘着力が0.5N/25mm以下。
×:ガラス板に対する60℃×92%RH×1日後の粘着力が0.5N/25mmを超える。
ヘイズメーターHM−150(株式会社村上色彩技術研究所製)を使用し、JIS−K−7136に準拠し、ヘイズ(%)=(Td/Tt)×100(Td:拡散透過率、Tt:全光線透過率)により算出した。下記の基準に従って、透明性の評価を行った。
○:ヘイズが4%以下。
×:ヘイズが4%を超える。
ガラス板に対する60℃×92%RH×1日後の粘着力を測定した後、剥離した表面保護フィルムを平らな台の上に静置し、該表面保護フィルムの端部の変形度合いを観察した。下記の基準に従って、表面保護フィルムの変形の評価を行った。
○:フィルムにカールが発生せず。
△:フィルムにカールが軽く発生。
×:フィルムにカールが顕著に発生。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4006(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=5500):70重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):18重量部、OH基を4個有するポリオールであるEDP−1100(株式会社ADEKA製、Mn=1100):12重量部、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)としてトリメチロールプロパン/トリレンジイソシアネート3量体付加物(日本ポリウレタン工業株式会社製、商品名:コロネートL):26重量部、触媒(日本化学産業株式会社製、商品名:ナーセム第2鉄):0.05重量部、希釈溶剤として酢酸エチル:266重量部を配合し、ディスパーで撹拌し、ウレタン系粘着剤組成物を得た。得られたウレタン系粘着剤組成物を、ポリエステル樹脂からなる基材「ルミラーS10」(厚み38μm、東レ社製)にファウンテンロールで乾燥後の厚みが12μmとなるよう塗布し、乾燥温度130℃、乾燥時間2分の条件でキュアーして乾燥した。
次いで、粘着剤層の表面に、一方の面にシリコーン処理を施した厚さ25μmのポリエステル樹脂からなる基材のシリコーン処理面を貼合せて、表面保護フィルム(1)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4006(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=5500):70重量部、OH基を4個有するポリオールであるEDP−1100(株式会社ADEKA製、Mn=1100):30重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を30重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(2)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4006(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=5500):70重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):18重量部、OH基を4個有するポリオールであるEDP−1100(株式会社ADEKA製、Mn=1100):12重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を42重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(3)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるサンニックスPP−4000(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=4000):76重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):14重量部、OH基を4個有するポリオールであるEDP−1100(株式会社ADEKA製、Mn=1100):10重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を35重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.04重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(4)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるサンニックスPP−4000(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=4000):64重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):36重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を44重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.04重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(5)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4011(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=10000):70重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):25重量部、OH基を6個有するポリオールであるサンニックスSP−750(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=700):5重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を30重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(C1)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4011(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=10000):70重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):20重量部、OH基を6個有するポリオールであるサンニックスSP−750(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=700):10重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)として、多官能脂環族系イソシアネート化合物であるコロネートHX(日本ポリウレタン工業株式会社):25重量部を用い、触媒の使用量を0.20重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(C2)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるサンニックスPP−4000(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=4000):40重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):60重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を50重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(C3)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
ポリオール(A)として、OH基を2個有するポリオールであるプレミノールS4006(旭硝子株式会社製、Mn=5500):40重量部、OH基を3個有するポリオールであるサンニックスGP−1500(三洋化成株式会社製、Mn=1500):40重量部、OH基を4個有するポリオールであるEDP−1100(株式会社ADEKA製、Mn=1100):20重量部を用い、多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)の使用量を50重量部とし、触媒の使用量を0.10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、表面保護フィルム(C4)を得た。
評価結果を表1に示した。
実施例1で得られた表面保護フィルム(1)を、光学部材である偏光板(日東電工株式会社製、商品名「TEG1465DUHC」)に貼着し、表面保護フィルムが貼着された光学部材を得た。
実施例1で得られた表面保護フィルム(1)を、電子部材である導電性フィルム(日東電工株式会社製、商品名「エレクリスタV270L−TFMP」)に貼着し、表面保護フィルムが貼着された電子部材を得た。

Claims (6)
- 基材層と粘着剤層を有し、
該粘着剤層がポリウレタン系樹脂を含み、
該ポリウレタン系樹脂が、OH基を2個以上有するポリオール(A)と多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)を含有する組成物を硬化させて得られるポリウレタン系樹脂であり、
該ポリオール(A)が、OH基を2個有する数平均分子量Mnが3000〜6000のポリオールを50重量%以上含有する、
表面保護フィルム。 - 基材層と粘着剤層を有し、
該粘着剤層がポリウレタン系樹脂を含み、
該ポリウレタン系樹脂が、OH基を2個以上有するポリオール(A)と多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)を含有する組成物を硬化させて得られるポリウレタン系樹脂であり、
該ポリオール(A)が、OH基を2個有するポリオールを50重量%以上含有し、
該多官能イソシアネート化合物(B)が、多官能芳香族系イソシアネート化合物である、
表面保護フィルム。 - 前記ポリオール(A)が、2種類以上のポリオールである、請求項1または2に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記2種類以上のポリオールは、その少なくとも1種類がOH基を2個有するポリオールであり、その少なくとも1種類がOH基を3個以上有するポリオールである、請求項3に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルムが貼着された光学部材。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルムが貼着された電子部材。
