Abstract
【構成】アルミニウム箔の片面または両面に印刷層を設け、さらにその一方の側に耐熱被覆剤層、他方の側に熱封緘接着剤層を設けてなるPTP包装用の蓋材であって、耐熱被覆剤層、印刷層のうちの少なくとも1層が、耐熱被覆剤層または印刷層を形成する塗料またはインキの樹脂成分の一部を予め熱縮合し、熱縮合後の樹脂成分に残りの樹脂成分を配合してなる塗料またはインキを用いて形成されていることを特徴とする。

Description
アルミニウム箔として、JIS 1N30の硬質箔(厚さ17μm)を使用し、耐熱被覆剤塗料、印刷インキ、着色層形成用インキ、熱封緘接着剤として表1に示す塗剤1、2を用いて、以下の積層形態のアルミニウム箔・樹脂積層材を作製した。
積層形態1:耐熱被覆剤層/印刷層/アルミニウム箔/印刷層/熱封緘接着剤層
積層形態2:耐熱被覆剤層/印刷層/着色層/アルミニウム箔/印刷層/熱封緘接着剤層
(1)耐熱性についてはCKD株式会社製PTP充填包装機FBP−M2を使用し、熱封緘温度200℃、220℃、240℃および260℃、圧力0.3MPa、スピード3m/分で碁盤目ロールシールを行い、耐熱被覆剤及び印刷インキが熱封緘ロールに付着しない場合を○(良好)、付着した場合を×(不良)とし、また印刷インキが色落ちしない場合を○(良好)、色落ちした場合を×(不良)とした。
(2)ホルムアルデヒドの定量については試料100mm×100mmを250mlの気密性容器に封入し、200℃×3分間加熱しホルムアルデヒドを発生させ、ガス検知管(株式会社ガステック社製 91Lまたは91LL)を用いて気密性容器内のホルムアルデヒド濃度(ppm)を測定した。

Claims (7)
- アルミニウム箔の片面または両面に印刷層を設け、さらにその一方の側に耐熱被覆剤層、他方の側に熱封緘接着剤層を設けてなるPTP包装用の蓋材であって、耐熱被覆剤層、印刷層のうちの少なくとも1層が、耐熱被覆剤層または印刷層を形成する塗料またはインキの樹脂成分の一部を予め熱縮合し、熱縮合後の樹脂成分に残りの樹脂成分を配合してなる塗料またはインキを用いて形成されていることを特徴とするPTP包装用蓋材。
- 前記耐熱被覆剤層を設けた側のアルミニウム箔と印刷層との間に着色層が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTP包装用蓋材。
- 前記熱封緘接着剤層を設けた側のアルミニウム箔と印刷層との間に着色層が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTP包装用蓋材。
- 前記耐熱被覆剤層を設けた側および前記熱封緘接着剤層を設けた側のアルミニウム箔と印刷層との間に着色層が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTP包装用蓋材。
- 前記着色層が、着色層形成用インキの樹脂成分の一部を予め熱縮合し、熱縮合後の樹脂成分に残りの樹脂成分を配合してなる着色層形成用インキを用いて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のPTP包装用蓋材。
- 前記耐熱被覆剤塗料の樹脂成分、印刷インキの樹脂成分および着色層形成用インキの樹脂成分がアクリル樹脂とセルロース樹脂との混合樹脂よりなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のPTP包装用蓋材。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のPTP包装用蓋材を製造する方法であって、前記耐熱被覆剤塗料の樹脂成分、印刷インキの樹脂成分または着色層形成用インキの樹脂成分がアクリル樹脂とセルロース樹脂との混合樹脂よりなり、混合樹脂の全重量の30〜70%を予め熱縮合し、熱縮合後、残りの混合樹脂を配合してなる耐熱被覆剤塗料、印刷インキまたは着色層形成用インキを用いて、耐熱被覆剤層、印刷層または着色層を形成することを特徴とするPTP包装用蓋材の製造方法。
