Abstract
【構成】吐出ポート13の終端部13bから吸入ポート12の始端部12aとの間に第2間仕切部15が形成されたポンプハウジング1を具備し、第2間仕切部15の幅寸法は、低回転時にここを通過するインナーロータ2とアウターロータ3とによって構成される歯間空間Sの形成範囲と同一もしくは僅かに大きく形成され、且つ吐出ポート13の終端部13bで且つ内径側13i付近から第2間仕切部15と同一面で且つ連続する突出面部6が形成されること。突出面部6と第2間仕切部15とは高回転時に突出面部6と第2間仕切部15を通過する歯間空間Sの形成範囲と同一もしくは僅かに大きくすること。

Claims (4)
- インナーロータとアウターロータの回転中心を結ぶ基準線を回転させることにより、吸入ポートから吐出ポートに移送される1回転当たりの流体の量を変化させるオイルポンプにおいて、前記吐出ポートの終端部から前記吸入ポートの始端部との間に第2間仕切部が形成されたポンプハウジングを具備し、該第2間仕切部の幅寸法は、低回転時に該第2間仕切部を通過する前記インナーロータと前記アウターロータとによって構成される歯間空間の形成範囲と同一もしくは僅かに大きく形成され、且つ前記吐出ポート終端部で且つ内径側付近から前記第2間仕切部と同一面で且つ連続する突出面部が形成され、且つ該突出面部と前記第2間仕切部とは高回転時に前記突出面部と前記第2間仕切部を通過する前記歯間空間の形成範囲と同一もしくは僅かに大きくしてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプ。
- 請求項1において、突出面部は、高回転時におけるインナーロータとアウターロータとによって構成される歯間空間が前記第2間仕切部を通過するときの回転後方側の接触点の軌跡に沿う形状としてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプ。
- 請求項1において、突出面部は、略方形状に形成されてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプ。
- 請求項1において、突出面部は、略三角形状に形成されてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプ。
