Abstract
【解決手段】直方体形状の圧力容器であって、上壁(10)と、底壁(20)と、周壁(30)とを有し、周壁(30)は、第一開口部(31a)を有する第一側壁(31)及び第二開口部を有する第二側壁を含む周壁本体と、第一開口部(31a)を塞ぐように第一側壁(31)に固定される第一蓋(35)と、第二開口部を塞ぐように第二側壁に固定される第二蓋とを有し、底壁(20)は、底壁本体(21)と、この底壁本体(21)の外面に立設された底壁補強リブ(22)とを有し、底壁補強リブ(22)は、底壁本体(21)の外面のうち底壁本体(21)の中央部を含む領域に立設される一方で、底壁本体(21)の四つの隅角部(21a)、第一蓋に隣接する部位(21b)及び第二蓋に隣接する部位(21b)には立設されない形状を有すること。

Claims (4)
- 直方体形状の圧力容器であって、
四角形の上壁と、
前記上壁と対向する四角形の底壁と、
前記上壁の周縁と前記底壁の周縁とを接続する周壁とを有し、
前記周壁は、当該周壁で取り囲まれる領域内への熱交換器の挿通を許容する第一開口部を有する第一側壁及び当該周壁で取り囲まれる領域内への熱交換器の挿通を許容する第二開口部を有する第二側壁を含む周壁本体と、前記第一開口部を覆う形状を有するとともに当該第一開口部を塞ぐように前記第一側壁に固定される第一蓋と、前記第二開口部を覆う形状を有するとともに当該第二開口部を塞ぐように前記第二側壁に固定される第二蓋とを有し、
前記底壁は、前記周壁の下端に接続される底壁本体と、この底壁本体の外面に立設された底壁補強リブとを有し、
前記底壁補強リブは、前記底壁本体の外面のうち当該底壁本体の中央部を含む領域に立設される一方で、当該底壁本体の四つの隅角部、前記第一蓋に隣接する部位及び前記第二蓋に隣接する部位には立設されない形状を有する圧力容器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記隅角部は、前記底壁本体の頂点を含み前記周壁の高さ寸法と同寸法の辺を一辺とする四角形であり、
前記第一蓋に隣接する部位は、前記底壁本体の前記第一側壁側の周縁部のうち前記第一蓋に対応する長さを有する部位を第一辺とし、この第一辺の端部から当該第一辺と直交する方向に前記周壁の高さ寸法と同寸法だけ伸びる部位を第二辺とする四角形であり、
前記第二蓋に隣接する部位は、前記底壁本体の前記第二側壁側の周縁部のうち前記第二蓋に対応する長さを有する部位を第一辺とし、この第一辺の端部から当該第一辺と直交する方向に前記周壁の高さ寸法と同寸法だけ伸びる部位を第二辺とする四角形である圧力容器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記周壁本体のうち前記第一側壁及び前記第二側壁とは異なる第三側壁と前記底壁本体との境界を補強する第一下側補強部と、前記周壁本体のうち前記第一側壁、前記第二側壁及び前記第三側壁とは異なる第四側壁と前記底壁本体との境界を補強する第二下側補強部とをさらに有し、
前記第一下側補強部は、前記第三側壁及び前記底壁本体の内面側に設けられ、前記第二下側補強部は、前記第四側壁と前記底壁本体の内面側に設けられる圧力容器。 - 請求項3に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記上壁は、前記周壁の上端に接続される上壁本体と、この上壁本体の外面に立設された上壁補強リブとを有し、
前記第一側壁と前記第二側壁とが互いに対向するとともに前記第三側壁と前記第四側壁とが互いに対向しており、
前記周壁は、前記第三側壁の外面に立設され、かつ、当該第三側壁の高さ方向の全域にわたって伸びるとともに前記上壁補強リブ及び前記底壁補強リブにつながる形状の第三側壁補強リブと、前記第四側壁の外面に立設され、かつ、当該第四側壁の高さ方向の全域にわたって伸びるとともに前記上壁補強リブ及び前記底壁補強リブにつながる形状の第四側壁補強リブとをさらに有する圧力容器。
