Abstract
【解決手段】圧力容器であって、高圧のガスを収容可能な直方体形状の容器本体(10)と、容器本体(10)内に設けられた平板状の隔壁(50)と、容器本体(10)の外面に設けられた複数のリブ(60)と、を備え、容器本体(10)は、長方形の上壁(20)と、この上壁(20)と対向する長方形の底壁(30)と、上壁(20)の周縁と底壁(30)の周縁とを接続する四角筒状の周壁(40)とを有し、隔壁(50)は、容器本体(10)とともに直方体形状の第一室(10a)と直方体形状の第二室(10b)とを形成するように容器本体(10)内に設けられており、複数のリブ(60)は、それぞれ、隔壁(50)と直交する面内において容器本体(10)の全周にわたってつながる形状を有すること。

次に、本発明の第二実施形態の圧力容器について、図13及び図14を参照しながら説明する。なお、第二実施形態では、複数のリブ60の配置以外の構造ついては、第一実施形態の構造と同じである。

Claims (7)
- 高圧のガスを収容可能な直方体形状の容器本体と、
前記容器本体内に設けられた平板状の隔壁と、
前記容器本体の外面に設けられた複数のリブと、を備え、
前記容器本体は、長方形の上壁と、この上壁と対向する長方形の底壁と、前記上壁の周縁と前記底壁の周縁とを接続する四角筒状の周壁とを有し、
前記隔壁は、前記容器本体とともに直方体形状の第一室と直方体形状の第二室とを形成するように前記容器本体内に設けられており、
前記複数のリブは、それぞれ、前記隔壁と直交する面内において前記容器本体の全周にわたってつながる形状を有する圧力容器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力容器において、
前記隔壁は、前記上壁及び前記底壁と直交する姿勢で前記上壁の内面及び前記底壁の内面に接続されている圧力容器。 - 請求項2に記載の圧力容器において、
前記複数のリブは、前記上壁及び前記隔壁の双方に直交する面内に設けられている圧力容器。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の圧力容器において、
前記複数のリブは、前記隔壁と平行な方向に沿って等間隔に並ぶ複数の主リブを有し、
前記複数の主リブのうち互いに隣接する主リブ間の寸法の前記周壁の高さ寸法に対する割合が、0.27〜1.16である圧力容器。 - 請求項4に記載の圧力容器において、
前記割合が、0.40〜0.86である圧力容器。 - 請求項5に記載の圧力容器において、
前記割合が、0.55である圧力容器。 - 請求項4ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器において、
前記複数のリブは、前記複数の主リブの並び方向について前記複数の主リブのうち最も外側に位置する最外主リブよりも外側でかつ前記最外主リブから前記主リブ間の寸法よりも大きな寸法だけ離間した位置に設けられた副リブをさらに有し、
前記複数の主リブは、前記並び方向について前記容器本体の外面の中央を含む中央領域に設けられており、
前記副リブは、前記並び方向について前記容器本体の外面のうち前記中央領域の外側の外側領域に設けられている圧力容器。
