- 第1ブリッジ部材および第2ブリッジ部材が、置換心臓弁に確実に係合するように適合された置換弁係合部分をそれぞれ有する、請求項1に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 係合部分が、置換心臓弁の一部分に確実に係止するように適合された係止要素をそれぞれ有する、請求項6に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 第1支持要素および第2支持要素が、少なくとも1つの場所で優先的に屈曲するように適合された、請求項1に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 第1支持要素および第2支持要素が、展開形状でそれぞれ曲線部分を有し、各曲線部分は、潰れた送達形状でより急な曲線形状を呈するように適合された、請求項1に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 第1ブリッジ部材および第2ブリッジ部材が、展開形状で一般にC字形である、請求項1に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 第1支持要素が、送達システムに反転可能に結合するように適合された少なくとも1つの結合要素を有する、請求項1に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 少なくとも1つの結合要素がねじ穴である、請求項10に記載の心臓弁支持体。

第1支持要素から第2支持要素に伸長する第2ブリッジ部材であって、第1ブリッジ部材は送達形状と展開形状を有する第2ブリッジ部材とを有し、
第1ブリッジ部材および第2ブリッジ部材は、展開形状で第1支持要素および第2支持要素から半径方向内側に伸長する、心臓弁支持体と、
置換心臓弁であって、心臓弁支持体に固定されるように適合された拡張アンカーと複数の弁尖とを有する、置換心臓弁とを有する、システム。 - ブリッジ部材が、置換心臓弁と確実に係合するように適合された、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 患者の僧帽弁を置換する方法であって、
第1支持要素と、第2支持要素および、第1支持要素および第2支持要素から伸長する第1ブリッジ部材および第2ブリッジ部材とを有する弁支持体を、患者の僧帽弁付近の場所に血管内送達することと、
第1支持要素を潰れた形状から僧帽弁輪の面の下の心組織に対し固定された展開形状に拡張させることと、
ブリッジ部材を送達形状から生来僧帽弁弁尖の接合部と概ね揃う位置での展開形状に拡張させることと、
第2支持要素を潰れた形状から僧帽弁輪の面の上の左心房組織に対し固定された展開形状に拡張させることと
を含む、方法。 - 第1支持要素を拡張させることが、第1支持要素が心組織に対し自己拡張することを可能にすることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 各ブリッジ部材を拡張させることが、ブリッジ部材が、第1支持要素および第2支持要素から半径方向内側に伸長する展開形状を呈することを可能にすることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
