Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法、特に自動車タンクの生産方法であって、未だ可塑状態で押し出されたプレフォームのまま、或いは半完成製品として、熱を用いた少なくとも1つの成型ダイを利用して前記樹脂は少なくとも2つのシェルに形成され、次いで冷却されて、寸法の安定したシェルは他方の上に一方が配されて一緒に結合されて実質的に閉じられた中空体とされ、使用される前記成型ダイは実質的に前記シェルの外郭をなす少なくとも1つの雄型とされ、前記シェルは前記雄型に対して載置された樹脂により形成されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、前記雄型はクランプ実装された柔らかい半完成製品内に導入されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、使用される前記雄型は、少なくとも1つの部品を受ける少なくとも1つの凹部を有する雄型であり、前記方法は、前記部品が前記凹部に導入され、前記部品は形状の形成時に同時に前記シェル内に配されて固定されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、前記部品の載置及び/又は固定は、差圧を用いて行われることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、前記シェルは、形状の形成時に当該シェル上に配設される中央位置決め手段により、結合される前に他方に対して中央に位置されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、前記半完成製品は、形状の形成前及び/又は形成時に片方若しくは両方の側が熱源に照射されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項6記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、加熱時には温度分布が前記半完成製品にも及ぶことを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、前記シェルは、融着若しくは接着により一緒に結合されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項8に記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、融着は融着添加剤と共に生じることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項9に記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法であって、一方を他方の上に載せた前記シェルの間で周辺に延長される融着ビードが前記融着添加物を受けるために前記シェルの表面に形成される溝に生成されることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産方法を実施する装置であって、プレフォームを押し出す少なくとも1つの押出ヘッド若しくは半完成製品を加熱する熱源と、前記プレフォーム若しくは前記半完成製品から少なくとも2つのシェルを前記プレフォーム若しくは前記半完成製品を当該成型ダイに載置することで形成する成型ダイと、前記シェルを一緒に結合させる手段とを有し、前記成型ダイは前記シェルの実質的な外郭をなす雄型であることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置。
- 請求項11に記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置であって、前記成型ダイは少なくとも1つの部品を受ける凹部を有することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置。
- 請求項12に記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置であって、前記成型ダイは真空孔及び/又は真空ダクトを有し、少なくとも1つの真空孔及び/又は少なくとも1つの真空ダクトは前記凹部内に配設されていることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置。
- 請求項12に記載の熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置であって、前記成型ダイはポリウレタン若しくはアルミニュームからなることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂からの中空体の生産装置。
