Claims (7)
- 定量室(6)と、連接棒(10)を介して直線的に移動可能なディスプレーサ(8)とを有し、圧縮ばね(20)として形成され、前記連接棒(10)に一運動方向で力を印加するコイルばね(20)を備えた定量ポンプ装置であって、
前記コイルばね(20)は、弛緩状態のとき、少なくとも一方の軸端(24)において、ばね線の端部(26)が、継合する巻き線(28)に対して軸方向に突出するよう形成されていることを特徴とする、定量ポンプ装置。 - 前記コイルばね(20)は、弛緩状態のとき、互いに反対の両軸端(24)において、前記ばね線の前記端部(26)が、継合する巻き線(28)に対して軸方向に突出するよう形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の定量ポンプ装置。
- 前記ばね線の両端部(26)は、前記コイルばね(20)の両軸端(24)において、前記コイルばね(20)の長軸(X)に対して同一の角度位置に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の定量ポンプ装置。
- 前記コイルばね(20)は、少なくとも一方の軸端(24)において、前記ばね線の切断のみによって作られる端部構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の定量ポンプ装置。
- 前記コイルばね(20)は、少なくとも一方の軸端(24)において、前記軸端に当接する研磨された接触面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の定量ポンプ装置。
- 前記研磨された接触面は、前記コイルばね(20)の弛緩状態において、前記コイルばね(20)の長軸に垂直に延出することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の定量ポンプ装置。
- 前記研磨された接触面は、前記コイルばね(20)の長軸に対して、外周の200°乃至300°の角度領域にわたって延出することを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の定量ポンプ装置。
