Description
Claims (3)
- ガスが吸入される吸入管が具備された容器と、
該容器の内部に収納されるアウターステーター及び該アウターステーターの内部に移動可能に挿入されたインナーステーターと、
インナーステーターと一緒に移動できるように、それらインナーステーターとアウターステーター間に配置されかつ前記インナーステーターに固定組合されたマグネットを有する往復動式モータと、
貫通穴が穿孔形成されたシリンダー部が具備されて、前記往復動式モータのアウターステーターを支持するように結合された前方フレームと、
該前方フレームのシリンダー部の貫通空間に挿入されると共に、前記往復動式モータのインナーステーターと連結されて、前記往復動式モータの直線状往復駆動力を受けて前記インナーステーター及びマグネットと一緒に直線状往復運動をするピストンと、
該ピストンを覆蓋すると共に、前記往復動式モータを固定支持する後方フレームユニットと、
それらピストン、インナーステーター及びマグネットの移動を支持する共振スプリングユニットと、
前記ピストンの直線状往復運動によってガスを吸入及び吐出させるバルブユニットと、を備え、
前記共振スプリングユニットは、
前記前方フレーム側に係合されるように、前記インナーステーター又はピストンの一方側に固定結合された第1スプリングサポーターと、
前記マグネットを基準に前記第1スプリングサポーターに対応し、前記後方フレームユニット側に位置されるように、前記インナーステーター又はピストンの他方側に固定結合された第2スプリングサポーターと、
それら第1スプリングサポーターと前方フレーム間に配置される第1スプリングと、
それら第2スプリングサポーターと後方フレームユニット間に配置される第2スプリングと、を包含し、
前記圧縮機を構成する各構成部品を組立てた後、前記往復動式モータのエアギャップを測定するギャップゲージが、前記前方フレームを通して前記往復動式モータのエアギャップに挿入されるように、前記前方フレームに所定形状の測定穴が複数貫通形成され、前記前方フレームに前記測定穴を開閉するための開閉手段が具備されることを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機。 - 前記開閉手段は、バルブユニットに含まれると共に、前記前方フレームの圧縮空間を覆蓋する吐出カバーを具備して前記測定穴を覆蓋するように延長形成された延長部と、前記吐出カバーを前記前方フレームに締結する複数の締結ボルトと、から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復動式圧縮機。
- 前記第1スプリングの一方側は、前記前方フレームのプレート部の測定穴の内部に配置されると共に、前記吐出カバーの延長部に支持されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の往復動式圧縮機。
