Abstract
Description
温室効果に対する流体の寄与は規格GWP(地球温暖化係数)によって定量化される。このGWPは二酸化炭素の基準値を1にして温暖化能力を要約して示したものである。
熱安定性試験はASHRAE規格 97-2007:「冷媒システムで使用する材料の化学安定性をテストするための密封ガラス・チューブ法」に従って実行した。
テスト条件は以下の通り:
流体Fの重量:2.2g
潤滑剤の重量:5g
温度:200℃
時間:14日間
(1)気相を回収し、ガスクロマトグラフィで分析する:主たる不純物をGC/MSで同定した(ガスクロマトグラフィをマススペクトロメトリに連結)。流体Fから来る不純物と潤滑剤から来る不純物とを含む。
(2)鋼を秤量(腐食速度の測定)し、顕微鏡で観察する。
(3)潤滑剤は色(分光測色法(Labomat DR Lange LICO220 Model MLG131)で)、含水率(カール・フィッシャー・クーロメトリ(Mettler DL37)で)および酸価(0.01N メタノール水酸化カリウムで定量分析)を分析した。
これらの試験で用いた流体Fは99.85重量%のHFO−1234yfと、213ppmの3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンと、30ppmのHFO−1225yeと、1257ppmの2個または3個の炭素原子を含み、必要に応じてさらにオレフィン結合を含む化合物とを含む。
Claims (9)
- ポリオールエステル(POE)をベースとする少なくとも一種の潤滑剤と、少なくとも99.8重量%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜500ppmの1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜500ppmの3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンと、1〜1500ppmの2個または3個の炭素原子を含み、必要に応じてさらにオレフィン結合を含む化合物(HFO−1225yeおよび3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンを除く)とから成る冷媒Fとを含む組成物。
- 冷媒Fが、少なくとも99.9重量%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜250ppmの1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜250ppmの3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンと、1〜500ppmの2個または3個の炭素原子を含み、必要に応じてさらにオレフィン結合を含む化合物(HFO−1225yeおよび3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンを除く)とから成る請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 冷媒Fが、少なくとも99.95重量%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜250ppmの1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロペンと、0.5〜100ppmの3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンと、1〜150ppmの2個または3個の炭素原子を含み、必要に応じてさらにオレフィン結合を含む化合物(HFO−1225yeおよび3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピンを除く)とから成る請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- POEがネオペンチル骨格鎖を有するポリオール、例えばネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリトリトールおよびジペンタエリトリトールから得られる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- POEが2〜15個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐鎖のカルボン酸から得られる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- POEが組成物の10〜50重量%を占める請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- POEが組成物の1〜4重量%を占める請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の、空気調和での使用。
- 請求項7に記載の組成物の、自動車用空調での使用。
