Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの電界を接着細胞に与えるための方法であって、電圧を少なくとも2つの活性電極(48、56、63)に印加することにより電界を発生させ、少なくとも3つの電極(48、49、56、57、63、64)が設けられる、方法において、
第1の電界を発生させるために電圧を印加するときに、少なくとも2つの電極を活性電極(48、63)とし、
少なくとも第2の電界を発生させ、かかる場合、電圧を印加するときに、前記2つの以前に活性だった電極(48、63)の少なくとも1つを浮遊電極(57、64)とすることを特徴とする、方法。 - 更なる電界の発生中に必要なだけ多くの電界を発生させて、前記第1の電界が発生したときに以前に活性だったすべての電極(48、63)を少なくとも一度浮遊電極(57、64)にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各電界を少なくとも1つの電圧パルス、好ましくは少なくとも2つの電圧パルスにより発生させ、及び/又は少なくとも2つの電界をそれぞれ少なくとも1つの電圧パルスにより発生させ、前記電圧パルス間の時間差が少なくとも500ms、好ましくは少なくとも1s、特に1〜10sであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 電界がそれぞれ接着細胞に与えられる複数の反応空間が設けられ、1つの反応空間内で2つの電界を発生させるための2つの電圧パルス間の時間差を使用して、少なくとも1つの更なる反応空間内に少なくとも1つの電界を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電極(48、49、56、57、63、64)と前記接着細胞とが互いに分離され、前記細胞と前記電極(48、49、56、57、63、64)との間の距離が実験的に求められる値に調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの切換装置(59、60、61、62)を介して少なくとも1つの電圧源に接続された少なくとも3つの電極(63、64)を備えた、特に請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置(58)において、
少なくとも5つの電極(63、64)が4つの前記切換装置(59、60、61、62)を介して少なくとも1つの電圧源に接続され、少なくとも2つの電極(63、64)が、共有切換装置(59、60、61、62)を介して電圧源に接続されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 電極(63、64)の2つの群が設けられ、前記群の各々が2つの前記共有切換装置(59、60、61、62)を介して前記電圧源に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記群の各々が少なくとも2つの電極(63、64)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 合計で少なくとも7個、好ましくは9〜21個の電極(63、64)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記電極(63、64)が、少なくとも1つの反応空間に挿入するために設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記反応空間はマルチウェルプレートの一部であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの電極(68、69)をそれぞれ備えた少なくとも2つの電極配列体(65、66、74、75、77、78)に接触するための装置であって、
前記2つの電極配列体(65、66、74、75、77、78)が異なる寸法を有し、前記電極配列体(65、66、74、75、77、78)の前記電極(68、69)に電気接触可能な接触要素を備える装置において、
前記異なる電極配列体(65、66、74、75、77、78)の前記電極(68、69)にそれぞれ接触可能となるように、少なくとも1つの接触要素が配置されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記異なる電極配列体(65、66、74、75、77、78)の前記電極(68、69)の少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも60%、特に少なくとも70%が前記接触要素によりそれぞれ接触可能となるように、前記接触要素の少なくとも一部が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記接触要素及び/又は前記電極(68、69)が面内に、1つの軸を中心として旋回可能に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの電界を接着細胞に与えるための、特に接着細胞の電気穿孔及び電気融合のための、請求項6〜11又は12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
