Claims (19)
- 特に少なくとも1つの電界を接着細胞に与えるための電極配列体(10、17、20)であって、
少なくとも2つの電極(12、18、21)を備え、それぞれが他の電極(12、18、21)の対応する領域(16、32)と向かい合って配置された少なくとも1つの領域(16、32)を有する、電極配列体において、
電気的絶縁材料(11、19、26)が、前記電極(12、18、21)の前記領域(16、32)間に少なくとも部分的に配置されていることを特徴とする、電極配列体。 - 少なくとも3つ、好ましくは少なくとも4つ又は5つ、特に6〜12個の電極(12、18、21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極(12、18、21)が平板状又はピン状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記領域(16、32)が、同一平面に配置された電極板の側面であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記領域(16、32)が、前記絶縁材料(11、19、26)により互いに完全に分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極(12、18、21)の前記領域(16、32)により画定された前記電極(12、18、21)間の空間が、前記絶縁材料(11、19、26)により完全に満たされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記絶縁材料(11、19、26)が熱可塑性ポリマーであり、好ましくはポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、及び/又はポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極(12、18、21)が金属及び/又は導電性の合成材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極配列体(10、17、20)が、少なくとも1つの細胞側の面に、少なくとも1つのスペーサ(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極配列体(10、17、20)が、少なくとも部分的に液体で満たされた少なくとも1つの容器(14)に、好ましくは生細胞が底部領域(15)に接着する容器(14)に挿入するために設けられ、前記容器(14)への挿入時に、前記絶縁材料(11、19、26)が前記液体の少なくとも一部を変位させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記電極(12、18、21)が、少なくとも部分的にキャリア(22)の下側(25)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記キャリア(22)が、前記電極(12、18、21)が反応槽の内部空間に晒されるように、前記反応槽に挿入可能又は前記反応槽上に配置可能に設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電極配列体。
- 前記反応槽がマルチウェルプレートの一部であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電極配列体。
- 少なくとも1つの電界を接着細胞に与えるための、特に接着細胞の電気穿孔のための、好ましくは少なくとも1つの浸漬電極装置の形での、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の電極配列体の使用。
- 電圧を少なくとも2つの電極(12、18、21)に印加することにより電界を発生させる、少なくとも1つの電界を接着細胞に与えるための方法において、
前記電界が、前記電極(12、18、21)の細胞側の面に集中し、及び/又は前記細胞と前記電極(12、18、21)の細胞側の面との間の空間に限定されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記電界が、前記細胞と前記電極(12、18、21)の露出した前面との間の空間に限定されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記電界の集中及び/又は限定のために、電気的絶縁材料(11、19、26)が前記電極(12、18、21)間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 前記電極(12、18、21)の露出した前面が、前記細胞が底部領域(15)に接着する少なくとも1つの容器(14)に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記細胞と前記電極(12、18、21)との間の距離を調節することにより、前記細胞に対する前記電界の効果が最適化されることを特徴とする、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
