Abstract

−鋳鋼(少なくとも11wt%のクロム、特殊カーバイドが埋め込まれた、窒化された、または窒化されていない焼戻しマルテンサイト組織)
である。
−クロムが少なくとも11wt%の、窒化されているか、または窒化されていないクロム鋼
−クロム・ケイ素・炭素鋼

Claims (18)
- 少なくとも1つの滑り面上に、内側から外側に向かって、金属を含有する接着層と、少なくとも10μmの厚さのta−C型DLC層を有するコーティングを有するスライド要素、特に、ピストンリング。
- 前記接着層は、クロム、チタン、窒化クロム、および/またはタングステンのうちの少なくとも1つの物質を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記接着層は、0.1μmから1.0μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記ta−C型DLC層は、酸素および/または水素の含有量が0.5at%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 硬さが55GPaより小さく、弾性係数が550GPaより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記ta−C型DLC層は、sp3混成炭素原子の含有率が少なくとも40at%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記ta−C型DLC層の外側1μmから3μmにおけるsp3の含有率が低減されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記ta−C型DLC層の外側1μmから3μmがドープされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記ta−C型DLC層の外側1μmから3μmが、ホウ素、酸素、および/またはケイ素の少なくとも1つをドープされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記コーティングは、粗度深度Rz<6μm、好ましくは、<2μm、特に、<1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記コーティングは、低減ピーク深度Rpk<0.3μm、好ましくは、<0.1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 母材が鋳鉄または鋳鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のスライド要素。
- 滑り面の下部の縁の半径が0.2mmを超えず、好ましくは、<0.1mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のピストンリング。
- 金属を含有する接着層と、少なくとも10μmの厚さのta−C型DLC層のコーティングを実行する、スライド要素、特にピストンリングを製造するプロセス。
- スパッタリングプロセス、熱蒸着プロセス、または、例えばアークプロセスのような電気蒸着プロセスによって前記接着層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 真空レーザアークプロセスによって前記ta−C型DLC層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載のプロセス。
- コーティングする面を、金属イオンスパッタリングプロセスによって洗浄することを特徴とする、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- コーティングを、形成した後に、ラッピング、ベルト研磨、および/またはブラシ研磨によって滑らかにすることを特徴とする、請求項14から17のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
