Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 通気可能に形成され、表面には複数の気孔を有する無機被膜が形成され、前記無機被膜の一部または全部に触媒母液を担持させることによって触媒層が形成され、空気を所定の温度条件で前記触媒層と触媒反応を起こして浄化させるフィルター部と、
前記フィルター部を前記所定の温度条件で加熱するヒーターとを備えることを特徴とする空気浄化モジュール。 - 前記フィルター部を通過しつつ加熱された空気を冷却する冷却用熱交換機をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記フィルター部を通過する前の空気を加熱する加熱用熱交換機をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 縦方向に貫通形成された複数の第1スロットと、前記複数の第1スロットの間に横方向に貫通形成された複数の第2スロットとを備える冷却及び加熱用熱交換機をさらに備え、
前記第1スロット及び第2スロットのうち何れか一つには前記フィルター部を通過する前の空気を通過させ、他の一つには前記フィルター部を通過した後の加熱された空気を通過させることによって熱交換を行わせ、それにより、前記フィルター部を通過する前の空気は加熱され、前記フィルター部を通過した後の加熱された空気は冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気浄化モジュール。 - 前記無機被膜は、陽極酸化現象によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記触媒層は、白金(Pt)またはロジウム(Rh)触媒層であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記所定の温度条件は200ないし250゜Cであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記フィルター部は、複数の板が離隔されて積層されることによって、前記板の間で通気が行われるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記板には複数の通気孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記ヒーターは、棒状を有し、前記板を貫通しつつ前記板と接合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記ヒーターは、前記板において、空気が流れ込む方向に近づくように、前記板の中心から所定の距離に離隔されて貫通するように接合されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
- 前記ヒーターから発生した熱が前記フィルター部を除いた残りの構成要素に伝達されないように遮断する断熱材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の空気浄化モジュール。
