Description
この触媒反応器ではパイプ状触媒体(B、(4))に通電帯状触媒体(5)を接して巻回し張り巡らす構造であるが、それぞれの表層がアルマイトであり、電気絶縁性が確保できる利点がある。
50mmで、脱臭装置に適用した。

Claims (7)
- 触媒反応ゾーンと熱交換ゾーンからなる両端を閉じた中空筒体において、その内部にその側壁方向に沿って、アルミニウムよりなり、その長さ方向の一部をアルマイト処理し触媒を担持したパイプ複数本を平行に多数本を配位し、かつ触媒反応ゾーンには連続状の通電可能な触媒担持帯状体の一部が各パイプの表面の少なくとも一部に接触して配設され、該パイプは処理対象ガス流に乱流を生じせしめるために該中空筒体の直角方向に配設された複数枚の邪魔板を貫通し,嵌合固定される。かつ、該中空筒体には処理対象ガス吸入口と処理済みガスの排出口が設けられ、さらに、該帯状体に電流を供給する電極が設けられた触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1において、該パイプは内径が2mm〜20mm、肉厚が0.2mm〜5.0mmのアルミニウムよりなり、その長さの反応器側(二次側部分)が陽極酸化よって形成されたアルマイト皮膜に触媒が担持されたことを特徴とする触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1、請求項2において、該パイプの触媒反応器ゾーン(二次側部分)のアルマイト皮、膜に担持される触媒はパラジウム、白金、ルテニウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケルコバルト、鉄、銅、亜鉛、金、銀、レニウム、マンガン、および錫のいずれかまたはこれらの合金もしくは混合物が担持されていることを特徴とする触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1において、上記の各パイプに接する通電可能な触媒担持帯状体は幅が1mm〜100mm、厚さが0.05mm〜1.5mmのアルミニウムよりなり、陽極酸化によって形成されたアルマイト皮膜に触媒が担持されたことを特徴とする触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1、請求項4において、通電可能な触媒担持帯状体は鉄、ニッケル、クロムよりなる合金を母材とし母材両面はアルミニウムからなり、その表層はアルマイトで被覆され、さらにアルマイト面には触媒としてパラジウム、白金、ルテニウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケル、コバルト、鉄、銅、亜鉛、金、銀、レニウム、マンガン、および錫のいずれか、またはこれらの合金もしくは混合物が担持されたことを特徴とする触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1において、邪魔板は少なくとも一枚はアルミニウムよりなり、その表面が陽極酸化によりアルマイト処理された邪魔板を使用することを特徴とする触媒式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項6に規定された触媒式燃焼置を用いた脱臭装置、VOC分解装
置、排気ガス浄化装置、燃料電池用燃料改質装置から選択された一つの装置。
