Claims (7)
- 입구와 출구를 양측단에 구비하고 내부에 악취를 포함하는 배기가스가 통과하는 탈취실을 가지는 하우징과;상기 탈취실의 입구측에 배치되며 탈취실로 도입된 배기가스를 가열하기 위해 미리 설정된 직경을 갖는 스파이럴 형상부와 상기 스파이럴 형상부의 중앙으로부터 축방향을 따라 선형상으로 연장된 직선부가 일체로 형성되는 히터와,상기 히터의 후단에 간격을 두고 배치되며 중앙부에 상기 히터의 직선부가 삽입 고정되어 히터의 열전달이 이루어지고 그의 외주에 표면에 촉매가 코팅된 다수의 중공형 셀이 길이방향으로 형성된 구조를 갖고 각 셀을 통과하는 배기가스의 악취를 제거하기 위한 촉매 담체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터의 스파이럴 형상부와 하우징의 입구 사이 및 촉매 담체와 하우징의 출구 사이는 각각 간격을 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터의 스파이럴 형상부는 그의 내경이 입구의 내경과 동일하거나 40% 작은 범위로 설정되고, 스파이럴 형상부의 외경은 하우징의 내경 보다 작고 1/2보다 크게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장 치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터는 시즈 히터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 담체는 다수의 중공형 셀이 허니콤 형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 담체는 평판에 코로게이션 처리된 파판을 적층한 것을 나선형으로 권선한 적층체로서, 상기 평판과 파판은 FeCrAl계 합금 박판에 촉매 금속이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 평판과 파판은 각각 20~100㎛ 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리장치용 탈취장치.
