Claims (15)
- ケーブル(110)の一端を取り付けるための接触手段(100)であって、
ケーブル端部の領域で前記ケーブルの一部を受容する内部室(320)を有するケース(300)と、
前記内部室内で前記ケースに固定できる引っ張り緩和部材(200,201,202,203)と
を有し、
前記引っ張り緩和部材は、引っ張り緩和部(220,221,222,223)及び少なくとも1個の接触部(240,241)を有し、
前記引っ張り緩和部は、前記ケーブルのケーブル外被(120)を固定するために形成され、
前記接触部は、前記ケーブルのシールド(130)に接触するために形成されることを特徴とする接触手段。 - 前記引っ張り緩和部材の前記引っ張り緩和部は、2個の固定点(342)間に設けられた前記ケーブルを前記引っ張り緩和部により部分的に包囲するために、前記2個の固定点で前記ケースに固定することができることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接触手段。
- 前記引っ張り緩和部材の前記引っ張り緩和部は、前記ケーブルの前記ケーブル外被をクランプし、及び前記ケーブル外被に食い込むことの一方又は両方のために形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の接触手段。
- 前記引っ張り緩和部材の前記接触部は、前記ケーブルの前記シールドの露出領域上に位置するよう形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段。
- 前記ケースは、前記内部室内に構造部材(326,327)を有し、
前記引っ張り緩和部材の前記接触部は、前記構造部材により、前記ケーブルの前記シールドの露出領域に対して押圧されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段。 - 前記ケースは、前記内部室に前記ケーブル用のアクセス開口(315)を有し、
前記引っ張り緩和部材は、ケース壁に接するように形成された部分を有し、
前記部分は、前記ケースの前記アクセス開口を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段。 - 前記ケースは、ケース基部(310)及びケースカバー(350)を有し、
前記ケース基部は、前記内部室を具備し、前記内部室を露出するケース開口(330)を有し、
前記ケース基部の前記内部室は、前記ケースカバーにより閉鎖することができることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段。 - 前記ケースカバーは、前記内部室が閉鎖される際に、前記ケーブルの前記シールドの露出領域に対して前記引っ張り緩和部材の前記接触部を押圧するよう形成された加圧構造(360)を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の接触手段。
- 前記接触手段は、接触インサート(400)と、該接触インサート内に配置できると共に前記ケーブルの電線(145)に接続できる少なくとも1個のコンタクト部材(620,621,622)とを有し、
前記ケース基部は、前記接触インサートを配置するための開口を有する接触インサート領域(340)を有し、
前記ケースカバーは爪状保持部材(370)を有し、
前記ケースカバーは、前記内部室を閉鎖する際に、前記爪状保持部材により、一縁に固定することができ、
前記接触インサートは、前記ケース基部に前記接触インサートを固定するために、固定時に前記ケースカバーの前記爪状保持部材を係止できる切欠(440)を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の接触手段。 - 前記接触手段は、
接触インサートと、
前記接触インサートに配置することができる第1コンタクト部材(520)と、
電線に接続できる第2コンタクト部材(510)と
を有し、
前記第1コンタクト部材及び前記第2コンタクト部材は、電気接続部を形成するよう互いに差し込みでき、
前記第1コンタクト部材は、中央接触部(541)と、該中央接触部の横方向に配置された2個の弾性接触部(545)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段。 - 前記第2コンタクト部材が接続可能な前記接触手段への電線は、
前記引っ張り緩和部材を介して前記ケーブルの保護導体(140)への接続のために設けられる追加電線(610)と、
前記ケーブルの前記保護導体と
からなることを特徴とする請求項10記載の接触手段。 - 前記接触インサートは、前記第1コンタクト部材用の受容領域(420)を有し、
前記受容領域は切欠(422)を有し、
前記受領領域に配置された前記第1コンタクト部材の弾性接触部は、前記切欠を通って部分的に突出し、この結果、前記弾性接触部は、前記接触インサートが前記ケース上に配置されると、前記ケースに接触することを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の接触手段。 - 前記接触インサートは、2側面の各々に前記第1コンタクト部材用の1個の前記受容領域を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の接触手段。
- ケーブル外被と、
シールドと、
前記ケーブルの一端に取り付けるための、請求項1ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の接触手段と
を具備するケーブル。 - 前記ケーブルは保護導体を有し、
前記保護導体は、前記ケーブルの前記シールドに電気接続されることを特徴とする請求項14記載のケーブル。
