Abstract
Description
CuSn3Zn9−帯板を、相応に構造化された作業ロールで圧延し、引き続き3μmの層厚さにスズで電気めっきをし、熱処理して1μmの金属間相を形成した。いわゆる「ライダー・オン・フラット」(rider on flat)の試料配置で磨耗試験を実施したところ、研磨された作業ロールを使った圧延により製造された標準表面における0.7の摩擦係数を、0.45〜0.5まで明らかに減少させることができた。帯板の粗さはこのとき比較でき、それぞれロール方向に対して垂直にRz=1.4およびRa=0.27であった。特別に構造化されたロール表面で圧延された前記表面の等方性は、ロール方向に対して平行な方向と垂直な方向との間で標準偏差が±0.003μmしかなく、優れたものであった。このような帯板は例えばコネクタのための電気工学に使用される。この銅コンパウンド合金は良好なばね特性を有し、応力腐食割れの傾向が少ないことで優れている。

Claims (10)
- CuまたはCu合金帯板、AlまたはAl合金帯板、FeまたはFe合金帯板、TiまたはTi合金帯板、NiまたはNi合金帯板または特殊鋼帯板からなる金属帯板またはそれから製造された薄板の圧延された金属基体からなる、電気光学的または電気機械的な構造部材、特にLED、コネクタあるいはリードフレーム、または摺動部材であって、
−前記金属基体は、Ra=0.01〜8μm、および/またはRz=0.01〜30μmの範囲の粗さを有する表面構造を有しており、
−この表面構造は、最小の横方向広さが0.3〜300μmである凹部を有しており、
−この凹部は、帯板表面と平行で縦横比が10:1から1:10である横方向広さを有する開放構造の中に配置されており、この場合、縦はロール方向に、横はロール方向に対して垂直に測定されたものであり、
−断面空間率λpが0.25から0.65の範囲にある
ことを特徴とする、電気光学的または電気機械的な構造部材または摺動部材。 - 前記凹部の深さに対する最小の横方向広さの比が、少なくとも1:83であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記凹部が半球形または角錐形に形成されているか、あるいは多角形の面を有するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- 前記表面構造が、球欠形、角錐形あるいは多角形の凸部を表面に有する構造化された作業ロールで圧延することにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製品。
- 前記構造が、確率的あるいは規則的周期的に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 構造化される前記基体表面が未処理であるか、圧延めっきされているか、あるいはSn、Ag、Au、Ni、Zn、Pdまたはそれらの合金で被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 前記構造化された作業ロールでの圧延の後に、前記基体表面をSn、Ag、Au、Ni、Zn、Pdまたはそれらの合金で被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 被覆方法として、融解めっき、電気めっき、PVD法、CVD法、陰極または陽極浸漬塗装あるいは化学被覆または圧延めっきを使用することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の製品。
- 立体的空間率λrが0.49から0.8の範囲で形成されていることを特徴とする、上記の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 光学的な接合方法によって製造された、請求項9に記載の製品。
