Claims (39)
- 複数のアンカと、
該アンカに対して連結されると共に前記アンカを互いに対して付勢する少なくとも1つの弾性的な閉塞要素と、
前記アンカに対して前記閉塞要素を連結して、前記アンカを組織内へと駆動するように構成された駆動器と、を具備し、
前記閉塞要素は、前記組織内へと駆動された前記アンカを互いに対して付勢するに十分な弾性を有することにより、前記組織内へと駆動された前記アンカ間に配置された前記組織における開孔を閉塞し、且つ、前記アンカに及ぼされて前記アンカを離間すべく付勢する対向力に抗するデバイス。 - 前記対向力は、(a)前記組織、(b)体液流、(c)空気圧力、(d)水圧、及び、(e)外部力の内の少なくとも1つにより前記アンカに対して及ぼされる請求項1に記載のデバイス。

前記閉塞要素は、前記組織内へと駆動された前記アンカを互いに対して付勢するに十分な弾性を有することにより、前記組織内へと駆動された前記アンカ間に配置された前記組織における開孔を閉塞し、且つ、前記アンカに及ぼされて各アンカを離間すべく付勢する対向力に抗するデバイス。 - 前記対向力は、(a)前記組織、(b)体液流、(c)空気圧力、(d)水圧、及び、(e)外部力の内の少なくとも1つにより前記アンカに対して及ぼされる請求項32に記載の方法。
- 複数のアンカを組織内へと植設する段階と、
植設された前記アンカに対して連結された少なくとも1つの弾性的な閉塞要素により、(a)植設された前記アンカ間に配置された前記組織における開孔を閉塞するために、且つ、(b)植設された前記アンカに及ぼされる対向力であって、前記アンカを付勢して離間させ且つ前記開孔を付勢して開く対向力に抗するために十分な力で以て、前記アンカを互いに対して付勢する段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記対向力は、(a)前記組織、(b)体液流、(c)空気圧力、(d)水圧、及び、(e)外部力の内の少なくとも1つにより前記アンカに対して及ぼされる請求項34に記載の方法。
- 複数のアンカを組織内へと植設する段階と、
植設された前記アンカに対して連結された少なくとも1つの弾性的な閉塞要素により、前記アンカを互いに対して付勢する段階と、
植設された前記アンカの間において前記組織に開孔を形成する段階であって、前記弾性的な閉塞要素は、(a)前記組織における前記開孔を閉塞位置に維持するために、且つ、(b)植設された前記アンカに及ぼされる対向力であって、前記アンカを付勢して離間させ且つ前記開孔を付勢して開く対向力に抗するために、十分な力で以て、植設された前記アンカを互いに対して且つ前記開孔に対して付勢する段階と、
前記開孔を貫通して器具を挿入する段階と、
前記器具を前記開孔から取出した後、再び、前記弾性的な閉塞要素により、(a)前記組織における前記開孔を閉塞位置に維持するために、且つ、(b)植設された前記アンカに及ぼされる対向力であって、前記アンカを付勢して離間させ且つ前記開孔を付勢して開く対向力に抗するために、十分な力で以て、植設された前記アンカを互いに対して且つ前記開孔に対して付勢する段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記対向力は、(a)前記組織、(b)体液流、(c)空気圧力、(d)水圧、及び、(e)外部力の内の少なくとも1つにより前記アンカに対して及ぼされる請求項36に記載の方法。
- 組織内に開孔を形成する段階と、
前記開孔を貫通して中心合わせデバイスを挿入する段階と、
前記組織内へと複数のアンカを植設し、前記中心合わせデバイスを用いて前記アンカを前記開孔の回りに中心合わせする段階と、
植設された前記アンカに対して連結された少なくとも1つの弾性的な閉塞要素により、前記アンカを互いに対して且つ前記開孔に対して付勢する段階と、
前記開孔を貫通して器具を挿入する段階と、
前記器具を前記開孔から取出した後、再び、前記弾性的な閉塞要素により、(a)前記組織における前記開孔を閉塞位置に維持するために、且つ、(b)植設された前記アンカに及ぼされる対向力であって、前記アンカを付勢して離間させ且つ前記開孔を付勢して開く対向力に抗するために、十分な力を以て、植設された前記アンカを互いに対して且つ前記開孔に対して付勢する段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記対向力は、(a)前記組織、(b)体液流、(c)空気圧力、(d)水圧、及び、(e)外部力の内の少なくとも1つにより前記アンカに対して及ぼされる請求項38に記載の方法。
