Description

Claims (23)
- 遠位端と近位端を有する固定具であって、
近位端と遠位端とを備える細長い固定具本体であって、前記遠位端が組織に孔を開けるように構成された遠位先端部を有し、前記近位端の一部が当該細長い固定具本体から軸方向に延びる細長い固定具本体と、
該細長い固定具本体に一体的に形成され、且つ、生体組織の移動に応じて前記細長い固定具本体に対して柔軟であり、組織内への遠位方向の挿入を容易にするように径方向内側の負荷に応じて前記細長い固定具本体に対して柔軟であり、孔を開けられた前記組織と係合し且つ孔を開けられた該組織から近位方向への移動に抵抗するように前記近位端の方向の軸方向の負荷に応じて前記細長い固定具本体から離れるように柔軟であるように構成されたとげと、を具備し、
該とげが、近位方向に向かって自由端となり、且つ、交互になった一連の隆起部及び溝から形成された長手方向に延びる外側に波形部を有し、前記隆起部及び前記溝の各々が、前記とげの長手方向軸線に沿って延びて前記自由端に少なくとも1つの突起を提供する外科用装置用の固定具。 - 前記近位端の一部が、前記細長い固定具本体の近位部に配置された近位ヘッドを具備し、前記近位ヘッドが、当該固定具が近位方向に駆動されて組織の1つ以上の層の中に入る深さを制限するように構成された請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記近位ヘッドが前記細長い本体に固定されている請求項2に記載の固定具。
- 前記近位ヘッドと前記細長い本体とが合わさって単一のモノリシック部材として形成されている請求項2に記載の固定具。
- 前記細長い本体の近位部と係合するように構成された近位ヘッドをさらに具備する請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記細長い固定具本体が、近位端と遠位端との間に延びる長手軸線を有し、前記近位ヘッドがネジ山を有しており、前記近位ヘッドが前記細長い本体の近位部と係合するとき、前記ネジ山が前記細長い本体の近位部の対応するネジ山と係合し、前記細長い本体の近位部のネジ山に対して前記近位ヘッドを回転させることによって前記近位ヘッドを前記細長い本体の長手軸線に沿って移動させる請求項5に記載の固定具。
- 前記近位ヘッドが前記細長い本体の近位部と係合するときに前記近位ヘッドと前記細長い本体とが合わさってラチェットを形成し、前記近位ヘッドが前記細長い本体に沿って遠位方向に移動可能であり、前記細長い本体に沿った近位方向の移動が抑制される請求項5に記載の固定具。
- 生体吸収性材料からなる請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 全体が生体吸収性である請求項8に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が丸くなっている請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が徐々に細くなり尖った点になっている請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部がテーパ状である請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が刃先である請求項12に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が、少なくとも1つのテーパ状凹面刃先を有する請求項13に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が、3つのテーパ状凹面刃先を有する請求項13に記載の固定具。
- 前記3つのテーパ状凹面刃先が、当該固定具の周囲に互いに等距離に配置されている請求項15に記載の固定具。
- 前記遠位先端部が逆刃先である請求項13に記載の固定具。
- 前記細長い固定具本体が、前記近位端と前記遠位先端部との間に延びる長さを有し、前記固定具本体が、長手方向に延びる外側に波形部を有する請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記とげが前記固定具本体と前記自由端との間に延びる長さを有し、前記とげの外側の前記波形部が、該とげの長さに沿って軸方向に延びる請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記少なくとも1つ突起が湾曲面に沿って延びる請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記細長い固定具本体が、前記近位端と前記遠位先端部との間に延びる長手軸線を有し、前記とげの少なくとも1つが、他のとげの少なくとも1つと異なる長手軸線に沿った位置に配置される請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記とげが、前記細長い固定具本体に面する内面を有し、前記とげの内面の一部が、スカラップ形状である請求項1に記載の固定具。
- 前記細長い固定具本体の前記近位端に配置されたフック状端部をさらに具備し、前記フック状端部が、近位方向に軸方向の負荷を加える別の外科用装置に連結するように構成される請求項1に記載の固定具。
