Description
Claims (20)
- 取付装置であって、前記取付装置によって規定された長手方向軸に沿って延在する開口を規定するフランジと、前記フランジに取り付けられたコイルであって、前記コイルの少なくとも一部が組織壁の第1表面と第2表面との間に配置されるようになるように前記組織壁内に少なくとも部分的に前進するように構成されたコイルと、を備える取付装置と、
閉鎖装置であって、前記閉鎖装置と前記取付装置とが連結された時に前記取付装置によって規定された前記長手方向軸に沿って前記取付装置の前記フランジに対して前記閉鎖装置が取り付けられるように前記閉鎖装置と前記取付装置とを取り外し可能に連結するように構成された係合機構と、前記閉鎖装置と前記取付装置とが連結された時に前記コイル内に少なくとも部分的に位置して前記フランジの前記開口を閉塞する弁と、を備える閉鎖装置と、を備えるシステム。 - 前記コイルは、半径方向に拡大する螺旋形状を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイルは、近位端及び遠位端を備え、前記近位端は前記フランジに取り付けられ、前記コイルの半径は、前記近位端から前記遠位端に向かって前記コイルの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って増大する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイルは、近位端及び遠位端を備え、前記近位端は前記フランジに取り付けられ、前記コイルの半径は、前記近位端から前記遠位端に向かって前記コイルの長さに沿って実質的に一定である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイルは、前記取付装置によって規定された前記長手方向軸に向かって内側方向に前記組織壁の少なくとも一部を押し込むように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フランジは、前記開口の周囲に延在して、前記組織壁に係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フランジは、平坦な環状形状を有する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁は、前記弁の近位端に加えられる圧力に屈するように構成された一方向弁を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合機構は、前記取付装置の対応のねじと取り外し可能に係合するように構成されたねじを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ねじは前記閉鎖装置の近位端の周囲に配置され、前記対応のねじは前記取付装置の近位端の周囲に配置される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合機構は、前記取付装置に取り外し可能に係合するように構成された係止カラーを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記係止カラーは前記閉鎖装置の近位端の周囲に配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記閉鎖装置は、前記フランジの前記開口内への少なくとも部分的な前記閉鎖装置の挿入のための送達器具を取り外し可能に受け入れるように構成された係合要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合要素は前記閉鎖装置の近位端の周囲に配置される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合要素は、前記送達器具の遠位端を取り外し可能に受け入れるように構成されたスロットを備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 取付装置であって、前記取付装置によって規定された長手方向軸に沿って延在する開口を規定するフランジと、前記フランジに取り付けられたコイルであって、前記コイルの少なくとも一部が組織壁の第1表面と第2表面との間に配置されるようになるように前記組織壁内に少なくとも部分的に前進するように構成されたコイルと、を備える取付装置と、
閉鎖装置であって、係止カラーと前記取付装置とが係合された時に前記取付装置によって規定された前記長手方向軸に沿って前記取付装置の前記フランジに対して前記閉鎖装置が固定されるように前記取付装置に取り外し可能に係合するように構成された係止カラーと、前記係止カラーと前記取付装置とが係合された時に前記コイル内に少なくとも部分的に位置して前記フランジの前記開口を閉塞する弁と、を備える閉鎖装置と、を備えるシステム。 - 前記係止カラーは前記閉鎖装置の近位端の周囲に配置される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁は、前記弁の近位端に加えられる圧力に屈するように構成された一方向弁である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 取付装置であって、
前記取付装置によって規定された長手方向軸に沿って延在する開口を規定するフランジと、
前記フランジに取り付けられたコイルであって、前記コイルの少なくとも一部が組織壁の第1表面と第2表面との間に配置されるようになるように前記組織壁内に少なくとも部分的に前進するように構成されたコイルであり、前記コイルは近位端及び遠位端を備え、前記近位端は前記フランジに取り付けられ、前記コイルの半径は、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで前記コイルの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って増大する、コイルと、を備える取付装置と、
閉鎖装置であって、
係止カラーと前記取付装置とが係合された時に前記取付装置によって規定された前記長手方向軸に沿って前記取付装置の前記フランジに対して前記閉鎖装置が固定されるように前記取付装置に取り外し可能に係合するように構成された係止カラーと、
前記係止カラーを越えて遠位に延在する弁であって、前記係止カラーと前記取付装置とが係合された時に前記コイル内に少なくとも部分的に位置して前記フランジの前記開口を閉塞する弁と、を備える閉鎖装置と、を備えるシステム。 - 前記係止カラーは前記閉鎖装置の近位端の周囲に配置される、請求項19に記載のシステム。
