Claims (54)

- 前記インプラントがフィルムである請求項1に記載のインプラント送達装置。
- 前記インプラントが、前記フレームが引っ込められた位置にあるときには弛緩していて、前記フレームが伸長位置にあるときにはぴんと張っている請求項1に記載のインプラント送達装置。
- 前記フレームが前記伸長位置にあるときに前記インプラントを患者の組織に固定する固定具駆動装置をさらに具備する請求項1に記載のインプラント送達装置。

- 前記インプラントがグラフトである請求項21に記載のインプラント送達装置。
- 前記インプラントがフィルムである請求項21に記載のインプラント送達装置。
- 前記フレームが所望の前記使用可能位置にあるとき、前記固定具駆動装置が固定具を駆動して前記インプラントの中に入れ、それによって前記インプラントを下にある組織に固定する請求項21に記載のインプラント送達装置。
- インプラントを担持するように構成された一時的フレームを具備し、該一時的フレームが、引っ込められた位置と使用可能位置との間を選択的に移動することができ、前記インプラントが、前記引っ込められた位置にあって前記一時的フレームに担持されているときには弛緩した状態であり、前記使用可能位置にあって前記一時的フレームに担持されているときにはぴんと張っている医用装置。
- 前記インプラントが、メッシュ、グラフト、フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項26に記載の医用装置。
- インプラントをぴんと張った状態で支持するために一時的フレームを使用可能な状態にすることと、
前記インプラントを組織に対して所定の位置に配置することと、
前記インプラントを、該インプラントが前記一時的フレームによってぴんと張った状態で支持されたまま、前記所定の位置で前記組織に固定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記インプラントが、メッシュ、グラフト、フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記インプラントを固定した後に前記一時的フレームを引っ込めることをさらに含む請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記一時的フレームが形状記憶材料でできている請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記形状記憶材料がニチノールである請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記固定することが、複数の固定具を同時に駆動して前記インプラントの中に入れることを含む請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の固定具を前記インプラントの周辺部に沿って同時に駆動する請求項33に記載の方法。
- 一時的フレームを用いてインプラントを支持することと、
該一時的フレームと支持されたインプラントとを組織に対して所定の場所に配置することと、
複数の固定具を、該固定具が前記一時的フレームの除去を妨げないように前記インプラントを通じて組織の中に挿入することにより、前記インプラントを前記組織に固定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記固定具を挿入した後に前記一時的フレームを除去する請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記インプラントがメッシュである請求項35に記載の方法。
- 内部チャンバーと組織に孔を開ける鋭い先端部とを有する中空の針と、
該針の前記内部チャンバーの中に配置することのできる外科用インプラントと、
該外科用インプラントを用いて前記針を駆動して前記組織内の所定の位置に入れるように構成されたアクチュエータと、を具備し、前記針が、前記外科用インプラントを前記組織の中に残したまま駆動された位置から引っ込めることができる外科用インプラントの位置決め装置。 - 前記針が1つ以上のスリットを有し、該スリットにより前記針の遠位端が広がることが可能になり、前記針を引っ込めるとき前記外科用インプラントが前記遠位端を通過できる請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記外科用インプラントが、当該外科用インプラントの遠位方向への移動に抵抗するように構成されたフィラメントを備えた遠位部を有する請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記外科用インプラントが、外側にネジ山のある近位部を有する請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 内側にネジ山のある近位ヘッドと、
前記内側のネジ山と前記外側のネジ山との間の係合によって前記近位ヘッドが前記外科用インプラントの長軸に沿って移動するように、該近位ヘッドを前記外科用インプラントの前記近位部に接続して前記近位ヘッドを前記近位部に対して回転させるように構成されたヘッド駆動装置と、をさらに具備する請求項41に記載の位置決め装置。 - 近位ヘッドと、
該近位ヘッドを前記外科用インプラントの近位部に接続して前記近位ヘッドを前記外科用インプラントの長軸に沿って移動させるヘッド駆動装置と、をさらに具備する請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。 - 前記ヘッド駆動装置が前記近位ヘッドから離れた後に、前記近位ヘッドが軸方向の位置を維持する請求項43に記載の位置決め装置。
- チューブ状ハウジングをさらに具備し、前記針がそのチューブ状ハウジングの中を通って延びている請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記チューブ状ハウジングがカテーテルである請求項45に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記針が、前記チューブ状ハウジングの中を延びる複数の針のうちの1本であり、前記外科用インプラントが、前記複数の針の中に配置できる対応する複数のインプラントのうちの1つである請求項45に記載の位置決め装置。
- 埋め込み可能なプレートをさらに具備し、該プレートの中を前記複数の針が延びている請求項47に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記複数の針に対応する複数の近位ヘッドと、
該近位ヘッドの各々を対応する前記外科用インプラントの近位部に接続し、接続された前記近位ヘッドを対応する前記外科用インプラントの長軸に沿って遠位方向に移動させるヘッド駆動装置をさらに具備する請求項48に記載の位置決め装置。 - 前記近位ヘッドの駆動によって前記プレートが前記外科用インプラントに対して遠位方向に移動する請求項49に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記針に沿って延びるプランジャをさらに具備し、該プランジャは、前記針が引っ込められたときに前記外科用インプラントが前記針とともに引っ込められることを阻止するように構成される請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記針が形状記憶材料でできている請求項38に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料がニチノールである請求項52に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料がバネ鋼である請求項53に記載の位置決め装置。
