(d)本発明のAM(V)合金コーティングは、陽極分極下でかなり低い酸化電流を有した−AM(Ca)と比較して、−0.25Vで酸化電流は、AM(V)について約20000倍少ないこと。

Claims (10)
- 0.3〜10重量%のMgと0.005〜0.2重量%のVとを含有するAl−Zn−Si合金のコーティングを有する金属ストリップ。
- 前記コーティング合金が、重量%での以下の範囲の元素Alと、Znと、Siと、Mgと:
Al: 40から60%
Zn: 30から60%
Si: 0.3から3%
Mg: 0.3から10%
を含むAl−Zn−Si−Mg合金である、請求項1に記載の金属ストリップ。 - 前記コーティング合金が、重量%での以下の範囲の元素Alと、Znと、Siと、Mgと:
Al: 45から60%
Zn: 35から50%
Si: 1.2から2.5%
Mg: 1.0から3.0%
を含むAl−Zn−Si−Mg合金である、請求項1または2に記載の金属ストリップ。 - 前記合金コーティングが、0.15重量%未満のVを含有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
- 前記合金コーティングが、0.1重量%未満のVを含有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
- 前記合金コーティングが、少なくとも0.01重量%のVを含有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
- 前記合金コーティングが、少なくとも0.03重量%のVを含有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
- 前記合金コーティングが、不可避不純物としておよび/または意図的な合金添加物として存在する他の元素を含有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
- 前記合金コーティングが、単層である、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の金属ストリップ。
