b)低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマーを含むベース樹脂100重量部に対して、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマー、発泡剤、及び添加剤を含むマスターバッチ1〜10重量部を押出機に入れて、発泡温度以下の温度で溶融押出して、未発泡シートを製造する段階と、
c)前記製織された電熱線の片面または両面に、押出される未発泡シートを積層した後、加圧して一体化する段階と、
を含む。
前記実施例1でマスターバッチを10重量部使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で製造した。
Claims (15)
- 低密度ポリエチレン30〜50重量%、高密度ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマー10〜30重量%、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部に対して、低密度ポリエチレン30〜50重量%、高密度ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマー10〜30重量%、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%、発泡剤1〜10重量%、及び添加剤0.1〜5重量%を含むマスターバッチ1〜10重量部を含む、パイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記低密度ポリエチレンは、メルトインデックス(MI)が2〜4g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)、高密度ポリエチレンは、メルトインデックス(MI)が20〜30g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマーは、メルトインデックス(MI)が1〜5g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体は、メルトインデックス(MI)が0.7〜3.5g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)であるものを使用する、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記添加剤は、潤滑剤、顔料、酸化防止剤、紫外線安定剤、充填剤から選ばれるいずれか一つまたは2つ以上の混合物である、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤は、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸グリセリン、ステアリン酸ブチル、固体パラフィン、流動パラフィンから選ばれるいずれか一つまたは2つ以上の混合物である、請求項2に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記発泡剤は、アゾジカーボンアミド(Azodicarbonamide、ADCA)、アゾジイソブチロニトリル(ABBN)、ジニトロソペンタメチレンテトラミン(DNPT)、パラトルエンスルホニルヒドラジド(TSH)、及びオキシビスベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(OBSH)から選ばれるいずれか一つまたは2つ以上の混合物である、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記ベース樹脂は、ビニルアセテートの含量が5〜30重量%であるビニルアセテート系樹脂を0.1〜10重量%さらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記ビニルアセテート系樹脂は、エチレン−ビニルアセテート共重合体である、請求項6に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- 前記パイプ連結用シート組成物は、発泡温度が165〜195℃である、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結用シート組成物。
- a)ラッシェル機を用いて、ジグザグまたは網(networking)状の電熱線を製織する段階と、
b)低密度ポリエチレン30〜50重量%、高密度ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマー10〜30重量%、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部に対して、低密度ポリエチレン30〜50重量%、高密度ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、メタロセンポリエチレン系エラストマー10〜30重量%、マレイン酸無水物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%、発泡剤1〜10重量%、及び添加剤0.1〜5重量%を含むマスターバッチ1〜10重量部を押出機に入れて、発泡温度以下の温度で溶融押出して、未発泡シートを製造する段階と、
c)前記製織された電熱線の片面または両面に、押出される未発泡シートを積層した後、加圧して一体化する段階と、
を含む、電気発泡融着用シートの製造方法。 - 前記電熱線と未発泡シートとの間に温度センサーをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の電気発泡融着用シートの製造方法。
- 前記電熱線は、ガラス繊維で被覆されたことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気発泡融着用シートの製造方法。
- 請求項9ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法で製造され、前記電熱線に電流を印加する時に加熱され発泡される、電気発泡融着用シート。
- ジグザグまたは網(networking)状の電熱線と、
前記電熱線の片面または両面に積層され、請求項1ないし5、又は8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を、発泡温度以下の温度で溶融押出した未発泡シートと、
前記電熱線と未発泡シートとの間に内蔵された温度センサーと、を含む、電気発泡融着用シート。 - 請求項13に記載の電気発泡融着用シートと;前記電気発泡融着用シートの外面を覆い、電気発泡融着用シートと融着されて、下水管の継ぎ手を支持するポリエチレン支持シートと;前記電気発泡融着用シート及び支持シートをポリエチレン下水管と密着するようにし、発泡/融着の時に電気発泡融着用シートと支持シートを支持して、管の継ぎ手やシート重畳部の隙間を密閉させる締め付けバンドと;を含む、地中埋設管の連結装置。
- 前記締め付けバンドは、バンドクランプ型である、請求項14に記載の地中埋設管の連結装置。
