Description
− 100%となるまでの残分のZrO2;
− Y2O3、Sc2O3、MgO、CaO、CeO2、およびそれらの混合物から形成される群から選択されるジルコニア安定剤であって、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の含有率の合計を基準とした安定剤の重量による含有率は、2.0%〜20%の間であり、MgO+CaOの重量を基準とした含有率は、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の含有率の合計を基準として5.0%未満であり;
− 少なくとも1.0%の、25℃以下のガラス転移温度(Tg)を示す第1のバインダー;
− 0〜4.0%の、25℃より高いガラス転移温度を示す追加のバインダー;
− 0〜5.0%のアルミナ;
− 第1のバインダーおよび追加のバインダー以外の0〜4.0%の一時的添加剤であって、前記第1のバインダー、前記追加のバインダーおよび前記一時的添加剤の合計含有率が9.0%未満である、一時的添加剤;
− 2.0%未満の不純物;
を示し、

この方法は、出発投入材料が本発明による顆粒を含む粉末を含むことが注目される。
− 「バインダー」は、乾燥後に、破壊が生じることなく、取り扱いが可能となる、たとえばある容器から別の容器に移すことが可能となる、または金型中に入れることが可能となる(特に工業条件下で)凝集力を示す顆粒を形成することが、好適な量で、造粒作業中に可能となる構成要素を意味するものと理解される。好ましくは、この凝集力は、少なくともポリマーバインダーを使用して得られるものである。造粒作業は、限定されず、特に噴霧または造粒機の使用を含む。したがって、本発明は、噴霧によって製造された顆粒に限定されるものではない。
a)本発明による顆粒を含む粉末を段階b)の終了時に得るために、必要な種々の出発物質を液体中に、好ましくは水中に懸濁させることによってスリップを調製する段階と;
b)顆粒を形成するために前記スリップを噴霧する段階と;
c)場合により、段階b)で得られた顆粒をふるい分けする段階と;
d)場合により、段階b)またはc)で得られた顆粒を乾燥させる段階と
を含むことができる。
− 顆粒の相対密度は、好ましくは40%を超え、かつ/または50%未満である。
− 100MPaの圧力で一軸プレス成形することによって、かさ密度測定用の直径32mmおよび重量8グラムのペレットを作製し、
− 100MPaの圧力で一軸プレス成形することによって、歩留まり試験用の断面が4×5cm2および長さが10cmの10本のバーを作製し、
− 100MPaの圧力で一軸プレス成形することによって、3点曲げ試験用の断面が1×1cm2で長さが3cmのバーを作製した。
− 温度を100℃/hで500℃まで上昇させ、
− 500℃で2時間維持し、
− 温度を100℃/hで1450℃まで上昇させ、
− 1450℃で2時間維持し、
− 自然冷却によって温度を低下させる、
というサイクルにより、前記プリフォームを焼結した。
実施例6および7の粉末と同じバインダーが使用される実施例1の顆粒を含む粉末は、より低いゆるめかさ密度およびより小さい流動性値を示している。この金型に充填される能力は、実施例2〜7の粉末よりも低い。寸法10×5×4cm3(体積200cm3)の部品の製造歩留まりは、実施例2、6、および7の顆粒を含む粉末で得られた結果よりもはるかに低く、これは、メジアン直径D50が80μmを超えることの利点を示している。
Claims (25)
- 特にセラミック焼結部品の製造のための、顆粒を含む粉末であって、前記粉末が、乾燥物質に基づいて、重量による以下の化学組成:
− 100%となるまでの残分のZrO2;
− Y2O3、Sc2O3、MgO、CaO、CeO2、およびそれらの混合物から形成される群から選択されるジルコニア安定剤であって、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の含有率の合計を基準とした安定剤の重量による含有率は、2.0%〜20%の間であり、MgO+CaOの含有率は、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の含有率の合計を基準として5.0%未満である、ジルコニア安定剤;
− 少なくとも1.0%の、25℃以下のガラス転移温度を示す第1のバインダー;
− 0〜4.0%の、25℃より高いガラス転移温度を示す追加のバインダー;
− 0〜5.0%のアルミナ;
− 第1のバインダーおよび追加のバインダー以外の0〜4.0%の一時的添加剤であって、前記第1のバインダー、前記追加のバインダーおよび前記一時的添加剤の合計含有率が9.0%未満である、一時的添加剤;
− 2.0%未満の不純物;
を示し、
前記粉末のメジアン直径D50が80〜130μmの間であり、パーセンタイルD99.5が500μm未満であり、前記顆粒の相対密度が30%〜60%の間である、
粉末。 - − 前記安定剤が、Y2O3、Sc2O3、およびそれらの混合物から形成される群から選択され、前記安定剤の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として6.5%未満である;または
− 前記安定剤が、MgO、CaO、およびそれらの混合物から形成される群から選択され、前記安定剤の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として4%未満である;または
− 前記安定剤がCeO2であり、前記安定剤の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として10%を超えかつ15%未満である、
請求項1に記載の粉末。 - 前記安定剤が、Y2O3、CeO2、およびそれらの混合物から形成される群から選択され、10%≦3.Y2O3+CeO2≦20%の関係に従い、上記重量による含有率は、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として表される、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- Y2O3が単独の安定剤であり、Y2O3の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として3%を超えかつ6.5%未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- − 前記安定剤がY2O3であり、
− 前記安定剤の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として4.5%〜5.5%の間であり、

請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。 - 追加のバインダーの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.5%〜1%の間である、請求項5に記載の粉末。
- 一時的添加剤の含有率が0.5%〜1%の間である、請求項6に記載の粉末。
- − 前記ジルコニア安定剤がCeO2であり、
− 前記安定剤の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準として10%〜15%の間であり、
− 前記アルミナの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.1%を超えかつ1%未満であり、
− 第1のバインダーの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で2.5%〜4%の間であり、
− 不純物の含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.5%未満であり、
− 残留含水率が、湿潤粉末を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.2%〜1%の間である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。 - − 前記ジルコニア安定剤がY2O3とCeO2との混合物であり、
− 前記Y2O3の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準としてパーセント値で1%〜2%の間であり、
− 前記CeO2の含有率が、ジルコニアおよび安定剤の重量による含有率の合計を基準としてパーセント値で11%〜13%の間であり、
− 前記アルミナの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.1%を超えかつ1%未満であり、
− 第1のバインダーの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で2.5%〜4%の間であり、
− 不純物の含有率が0.5%未満、好ましくは0.1%未満であり、
− 残留含水率が、湿潤粉末を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.2%〜1%の間、好ましくは0.2%〜0.6%の間である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。 - 前記顆粒が、前記ジルコニアが安定化されている粒子を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記顆粒が、メジアン直径D50が1μm未満であるジルコニア粒子を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記顆粒がアルミナAl2O3を含み、前記アルミナの含有率が、乾燥物質を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.2%を超えかつ0.6%未満である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーが−30℃より高いガラス転移温度を示す、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーが15℃未満のガラス転移温度を示す、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーが、非晶質有機ポリマー、ポリアクリル樹脂、純粋なアクリレートに基づくポリマー、アクリレートとスチレンとに基づくコポリマー、およびそれらのブレンドから選択される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーが、ポリアクリル樹脂、純粋なアクリレートに基づくポリマー、アクリレートとスチレンとに基づくコポリマー、およびそれらのブレンドから選択される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーが、ポリアクリル樹脂、アクリレートとスチレンとに基づくコポリマー、およびそれらのブレンドから選択される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記第1のバインダーおよび/または前記追加のバインダーが、無機元素を含まないポリマーから選択される、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記一時的添加剤が有機添加剤であり、前記有機添加剤の含有率が1%未満であり、バインダーおよび有機添加剤の合計含有率が5%未満であり、前記有機添加剤が、分散剤または界面活性剤、増粘剤、消泡剤、防腐剤、潤滑剤、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記安定剤の少なくとも一部が、前記安定剤の前駆体の同等量で置換されている、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- − メジアン直径D50が90μmを超えかつ120μm未満である;および/または
− 10パーセンタイルD10が40μmを超える;および/または
− 90パーセンタイルD90が300μm未満である;および/または
− 99.5パーセンタイルD99.5が400μm未満である、
請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。 - 前記残留含水率が、湿潤粉末を基準とした重量パーセント値で0.2%〜1%の間である、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記顆粒の80%超が前記化学組成を示す、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 前記ジルコニア、前記アルミナ、前記第1のバインダー、前記追加のバインダー、および前記一時的添加剤が、前記粉末の前記顆粒中に均一に分散されている、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の粉末。
- 焼結部品の製造方法であって:
A)請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の顆粒を含む粉末を含む出発投入材料を形成するために、出発物質を混合する段階であって、前記顆粒を含む粉末が、前記出発投入材料の重量の少なくとも60%を占める段階と、
B)前記出発投入材料からプリフォームを形成する段階と、
C)場合により前記プリフォームを機械加工する段階と、
D)前記焼結部品を得るように前記プリフォームを焼結する段階と、
E)場合により前記焼結部品の機械加工および/または粉砕を行う段階と
を含む、方法。
