Abstract
Description
少なくとも一種の熱活性により接着可能な接着料として、基本的に、全ての慣用的熱活性により接着可能な接着料系を使用することができる。熱活性により接着可能な接着料は、原理的には、二つのカテゴリーに分類される。すなわち、熱可塑性の、熱活性により接着可能な接着料(溶融接着材料)、及び反応性の熱活性により接着可能な接着料(反応性接着材料)である。この分類は、両方のカテゴリーに分類できる、つまり反応性の熱可塑性熱活性により接着可能な接着料(反応性溶融接着材料)も含まれる。
熱伝導性フィラー材は、接着料内で良好な分布を可能にするよう改質される、すなわわち、特に(とりわけ微細化された)粒子(“フィラー材粒子”)又は固体物の形態で添加されることが好ましい。
誘導加熱可能な材料としては、従来技術からそれ自体がこのために知られているような平面形成物(特に導電層)も粒子状の材料(粒子)も使用することができる。ただし導電性粒子の場合、加熱のための場が生成されると他方でマイグレーション(Migration)が生じ、したがって絶縁耐力の上昇の問題が再び生じる。
本願の意味における平面要素としては、特に、実質的に平面的な広がりを有するすべての一般的で適切な形成物が当てはまる。この形成物は、平面的な接着を可能にし、様々な、特に柔軟な、接着フィルム、接着テープ、接着ラベルとして、又は成形ダイカットとして形成することができる。平面要素は、誘導加熱中に接着基材が熱によって損傷する危険性を低減するため、接着面の形状に合わせて裁断した平面要素として形成することができる。
・平面要素の厚さが70μm未満、特に50μm未満、とりわけ30μm未満であり、
・及び/又は導電性の平面的な材料の厚さが30μm未満、特に20μm未満、とりわけ15μm未満であり、
・その際、好ましくは、磁気誘導による接着テープの加熱によって接着させることに基づく、ポリカーボネート上での静的せん断試験における接着強度が400MPa超であることを特色とする。
本発明の対象はさらに、熱活性により接着可能な平面要素と特定の種類の接着基材とを接合させるための方法である。
本発明による平面要素は、電子機器の構造ユニット、例えば家庭用電子機器、娯楽用電子機器、又は通信用電子機器の分野からの(例えば携帯電話、PDA、ラップトップコンピューター及びその他の計算機、デジタルカメラ並びに表示機器、例えばディスプレイ、電子書籍端末、もしくは有機発光ダイオードディスプレイ(OLED)のための、並びに太陽電池モジュール、例えば電気化学的な色素太陽電池、有機太陽電池、もしくは薄膜電池のための)構造ユニットを接着するために使用されるのが好ましい。本明細書で構造ユニットとは、電子機器内で使用されるすべての構成要素および構成要素の集合体のことであり、例えば電子部品(個別部品および集積された部品)、ハウジング部品、電子モジュール、アンテナ、表示パネル、保護スクリーン、未実装基板及び/又は実装基板、並びにその類似物のことである。
本発明による平面要素により、誘導加熱を用いて、高いサイクル速度で、従来技術の欠点を回避しながら二つの基材を互いに接着すること、特にプラスチックとプラスチックとを接着することをとりわけ良好に実現することができる。驚くべきことに、本発明による平面要素の接着強度は、従来技術に基づく接着テープによる既知の接着の場合より高いことが分かった。本発明による平面要素により、導電性平面形成物(誘導加熱可能な材料)及び/又は熱伝導性添加剤から、(誘導加熱の最中に生じる)熱をよりうまく放散させることができ、したがって局所的な過熱の危険性がより低くなり、比較的高い加熱速度を実現することができる。
熱伝導性補助物質を含む接着料の熱伝導性を測定するため、ISO規格案22007−2に基づく方法を実施した(検体の厚さ:平面的な発熱素子の両面で10mm)。
結果はそれぞれ5つの試験接着からの平均値である。
・平面要素の厚さが70μm未満、特に50μm未満、とりわけ30μm未満であり、
・及び/又は導電性の平面的な材料の厚さが30μm未満、特に20μm未満、とりわけ15μm未満であり、
・その際、好ましくは、磁気誘導による接着テープの加熱によって接着させることに基づく、ポリカーボネート上での静的せん断試験における接着強度が400N/cm 2 超であることを特色とする。

- 少なくとも一種の熱活性可能な接着料、少なくとも一種の誘導加熱可能な材料、及び少なくとも一種の熱伝導性フィラー材を含む平面要素であって、
該フィラー材の材料が、少なくとも0.5W/(m*K)の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、平面要素。 - 前記熱伝導性フィラー材の材料が電気的に非伝導性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平面要素。
- 前記熱伝導性フィラー材が、フィラー材粒子の形で使用される、及び/又はフィラー材粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の平面要素。

- 酸化アルミニウム粒子の割合が、前記フィラー材を有する熱活性可能な接着料に基づいて、20〜90重量%の範囲内、特に40〜80重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の平面要素。
- 前記フィラー材粒子が、1.3m2以下、特に1.0m2以下の単位質量当たりの比表面積を有する一次粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一つに記載の平面要素。
- 前記一次粒子の割合が、前記フィラー材を有する熱活性可能な接着料に基づいて、5〜70体積%の範囲内、好ましくは15〜50体積%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一つに記載の平面要素。
- 前記フィラー材粒子が、少なくとも1μm、好ましくは2μm〜500μm、非常に好ましくは2μm〜200μm、就中好ましくは40μm〜150μmの平均径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の平面要素。
